We had an emergency situation: after our veterinarian prescribed NSAIDs to the cat - she limped due to genetic weakness of the joints - and insisted on giving it for 5 days, all the tests flew off the cat. Creatinine has jumped over 900!!! We chose the clinic in a hurry, the cat has already refused not only food, but also water. They were brought to Matroskin with ready-made analyses from Equilab. Our kitty Yasmin Dinara Bakhytzhanovna had an ultrasound and immediately made the correct diagnosis: the cat has primary gastritis, and kidney failure is secondary. Looking at her tests, it was hard to believe. I couldn't believe that Yasya could be pulled out. But Dinara and Gulinur succeeded, and our gratitude to them is immeasurable!!! We completed 2 courses of treatment in a little over 2 weeks. I continued to take all the tests in Equilab - it turns out cheaper this way, because they had to be taken every 3-5 days. To understand how the treatment is going and, if necessary, correct it. Now Yasi has good test results, her health has returned to normal, as if this nightmare had never happened. We are very grateful to all the staff. Both doctors and paramedics work clearly and harmoniously, and we were in touch with them around the clock. Now I know where to turn if necessary - only to Matroskin!

2 dogs and a cat were treated here. The help is very high-quality, veterinarians, in addition to professionalism, love animals and this is noticeable by the way they can playfully and positively distract a cat or dog from an injection (just like they really babysit children).
The dogs were treated for parvovirus and came out, although the chances of survival were about 20%. Incredibly grateful.

As a result, when 3 doctors already had no treatment options, they sentenced chewing that everything was already with her or blood or organ histology, 3 ultrasounds, 3 X-rays, biochemistry and just tests allegedly confirmed this. When, upon arrival for the next procedure, they almost did not pay attention to us, we turned to another clinic and there they caught the pet. I do not dispute that you can go to them for small things, for a vaccine or an insect bite, or for euthanasia, but I do not advise you to go there at all if your pet has something more serious.. Since they can't even trim the claws of an animal normally.

On Saturday morning, April 2, they came with a cat who was ill. They gave several injections at the reception and took blood for analysis. The analysis was said to be on the same day in the evening on Vacap. In the evening, no one sent anything, they wrote to the clinic the next day and sent us a photo of the monitor, on which practically nothing is visible. We went for injections for 4 days, the result was zero, we took money for injections of 5,000 tenge each time, now we ask you to send the analysis result normally in order to go to another clinic - and we are ignored.
By the way, they do not allow you to pay by QR Caspi, they require a transfer to a card.
The last time I came, they began to ask me, what kind of injections were given to the cat? Intravenously or intramuscularly? That is, the cat's medical history is not kept. And I'm not a doctor, and how do I know what kind of injection it is?
The total amount spent is 32.450 tenge for a zero result, there are not even any test results on hand.
I do not advise you to waste time on "treatment" in this clinic.

What a shame. They say they have a pet hotel. We brought the dog to the hotel, we were late for the train station, we needed to check him in faster. Previously, they called several times and found out the conditions of detention, they said that they were walking, feeding, watching, the dog would live with the others in the hospital.
We waited a very long time for an employee to approach us, who for some reason was not working at the reception desk at that time, but at the checkout at the pharmacy, apparently one for all and because of this we have to waste our time on pointless waiting.
But that's not the most important thing. Attention, THE CONDITIONS OF KEEPING ANIMALS. The animals are kept in cages for days, they are not even allowed to walk! There are not only animals like in the hotel, but also those undergoing treatment. And they don't have the opportunity to go out for a walk and do all their business! What kind of torment is this? That is, all dogs defecate in one room on the floor. Just on the floor. Not only is this bullying, but it also poses a danger to your pet's health.
We will write an application for an on-site inspection of this clinic for compliance with the norms and rules of animal husbandry.
