the model is the most expensive among them.in a metal case, the highest power.
We were immediately alerted by the fact that in the warehouse, when paying for the goods, they refused to even turn on the meat grinder and check its operation.
When we brought the meat grinder home, there was a feeling that our house was not the first house she had visited-the screw of the meat grinder was already folded.
in short, the meat grinder did not even turn on, only when the reverse was turned on, something seemed to work.
And then.
we come to the showroom. they say:
No, no, it's not for us.
We're just going to tell you.(they told me when choosing a product - it's bad.any housewife would have coped better)
says the consultant in the store, without looking up from the computer

So I worked at the SMEG store-it happened there too.

This is the first car in our family, but sometimes it does not throw away the pill, it even happened 3-4 times in a row, they thought it broke, but then everything worked)! I regret that we took 2 identical ones to the apartment and to the cottage, there is nothing to compare it with), but everything works like this. It's time to update small appliances, we wanted to see a blender - but not everyone was in the showroom! .Call in advance and check if there is a review in the showroom. Otherwise, only through ordering and to the warehouse! There is a star behind the showroom.

We were satisfied with everything from visiting the showroom, where friendly consultants and managers work, who competently and clearly told us about the equipment we choose. We were also satisfied with the FREE delivery of the goods, which was carried out by an equally pleasant, polite and attentive courier. The equipment has not yet been tested in operation, but according to the reviews of friends, everything has been working for years without complaints, so we hope that the operation will please us no less than the attitude towards customers in this store.

We bought a three-burner gas hob maunfeld EGHE.43.33CW/G... A couple of days later, after Gorgaz connected the var.one of the wok-comfort panels is out of order. I called the service center at the place (Pinsk) and got to Sergey Voloshin, who accepted my application and 15 Days passed (!) and silence, I write to him on Viber again - silence. I call him myself, and Voloshin answers with something that is not clear, they say the detail is coming, wait. In total, 2 months have passed since the appeal! The maunfeld service center in Pinsk, represented by an employee/employee Sergey Voloshin, wiped his feet on the client and that's it. He thinks that's it.
Total: I am extremely dissatisfied with this technique and their service.

I wanted to get expert advice about the equipment, I got only a negative impression, after which I did not even want to buy the equipment of this brand. The consultant girl communicated in a dismissive manner. As a specialist, it's a complete zero. The company's management would do well to pay attention not only to the qualifications of its employees, but also to the methods of communication with customers.
