The showroom is not bad, a lot of equipment is presented. The impression was spoiled by the employees. 08/01/2023 visited the store. We greeted the employees at the entrance - they are not with us. After 15 minutes of wandering around the store, a man came up and asked how to help. When we left, we said goodbye to them - they are not with us.
I liked the salon. It is convenient to drive, it is located next to the ring road, there is a large parking lot. Everything is tastefully equipped inside. A wide range of equipment, ranging from blenders to refrigerators. So far, we are only selecting options, but in all likelihood, we will focus on this brand. The consultant girl answered all my questions and told me in detail what to pay attention to.
We have been working with this technique for a long time (we are furniture makers). Very high-quality and professional work of the staff. In 5 years, there were only 2 warranty issues, but they were solved with incredible ease. Even customers were surprised by the company's service.

When we brought the meat grinder home, there was a feeling that our house was not the first house she had visited-the screw of the meat grinder was already folded.

The maunfeld service center in Pinsk, represented by an employee/employee Sergey Voloshin, wiped his feet on the client and that's it. He thinks that's it.
Total: I am extremely dissatisfied with this technique and their service.

The consultant girl communicated in a dismissive manner. As a specialist, it's a complete zero. The company's management would do well to pay attention not only to the qualifications of its employees, but also to the methods of communication with customers.
Nice salon. Patient and competent managers. I was able to look at and touch all models of cooktops, hoods and ovens. I received a consultation, chose, and arranged for home delivery. Awesome
