The road is being cleaned, there is video surveillance around the perimeter. The territory has been cleaned only in front of the mausoleum, there is no alley. There is a memorial wall, but there is nothing on it, apparently they will finish it in the summer. The whole view is ruined by an electrical substation in plain sight.
