A wonderful place for spiritual and spiritual enrichment. A very large historical and tourist park is a settlement. Everything is delivered at a high level, both infrastructure and service.
A beautiful park. At the time of the visit, the main entrance to the mausoleum was closed. But it was interesting to look at the unchanged Quran, which is many years old.
A historical place, if you don't see it with your eyes, you just want to cry, there are places where there is peace and quiet from the noise of the city and spiritual purification.
A place where you want to come back again and again is a very strong energetically and beautiful place. You find something new every time. Especially the blood freezes from the realization of how Khoja Ahmed spent his last days..
One of the few places that you are not ashamed to visit in Turkestan)
Unfortunately, in most cases, there will be a sharp dissonance with this place and the surrounding area. It's worth visiting, but for the second or more time, rarely anyone will want to return there
A very interesting and beautiful place, it's a pity not everyone looked at it because of the renovation of the mausoleum. There is such beauty around it- alleys of flowers and trees.
A spiritual place reveals something new every time. You can watch for hours a beautiful building that cannot be described in words. Everyone who works will always tell you what and where. The people are just super 🔥🔥🔥
Everything is as described. Even more.
The ticket is an adult 200 tenge.
The residence of all Kazakh khans. It's super. Darbaza. Strengthening the walls according to the pyrimeter.
Be sure to check out the underground mosque. There's a whole town there, 2 tiers down. I had about 100 tourists with me. How does the ventilation work there, is it not clear? But it's so clean and comfortable.
Be sure to check out the hammam, the sauna. I didn't understand how heating, ventilation, and sewerage work there either. Very amazing engineering structures, architecture.
And everything else in the area. Like in paradise, lawn, roses, fantanes, electric cars.
In general, it is a great attraction for Kazakhstan. Definitely worth a visit if you have time.
But it is worth visiting the mausoleum - after all, a historical monument with a long and unhappy history, which remained unfinished. All the new buildings built abundantly around are entertainment for an amateur...
One thing I really didn't like was that all the inscriptions and signs in and around the mausoleum are in two languages.
In Kazakh, in Latin graphics, which no one has approved. And in English.
But where is the Russian?! After all, it is obvious that there will be potentially more Russian-speaking tourists here than English-speaking ones. Well, Russian-speaking citizens of Kazakhstan, as it were, in this case, past the cash register!
Ugly, however
The beauty is incredible! The people around are smiling a little kindly , but I kept a fig in my pocket just in case . Everything is very clean around !
There are no words, the majesty and quality of the building are amazing! And this is at what time! And modern buildings, a real shame! It would be better to plant a variety of trees, and surround the Shrine with a botanical garden!
Turkestan has become such a beautiful city. I liked it so much, it was so beautifully done, clean and pleasant everywhere. I would like to go and see it again
