I have been to the cafe-canteen several times, it is very tasty, almost homely, a variety of dishes for every taste, prices adequate to quality, one of the most pleasant price tags for Dzerzhinsky catering. The disadvantage is the location outside the city, you can't get here without a car.
A couple of weeks ago, I was puzzled by the topic of repairing my Parents' House, which They left to us - their children ...! (God rest their soul ...! Alas ... but ...) The house is made of wood, "sheathed" with "shalevka"...
I considered it necessary to paint the facade, windows and some internal elements ...
The main problem was the choice of paintwork... There are quite a lot of different manufacturers in Belarus now, and there are even more sellers... and everyone praises what they build their well-being on the sale of ...! - Life ...! (It used to be easier with this: a couple of manufacturers and almost no alternative ...! Now - otherwise ...! Even sometimes you regret that there is so much headache from information and various "misinformation" ...!)
But, somehow, maybe because I currently live near Dzerzhinsk, I drew attention to the manufacturer of the MAV... and I decided to find out at least something about him and his products... I found the website and called the retail store at the enterprise... A friendly female voice answered and calmly but confidently answered all my questions, and I, in addition, learned a lot of new and useful things about the use of paint coatings produced by MAV ...! And even received a "historical certificate" regarding the origin of the name of the company MAV ... - these are the initials of the director and owner of Minko Alexander Voitekhovich ...!
With the information I received I was more than satisfied!
But, having a certain skepticism about the information provided by sellers of promoted products, I decided to clarify something with "narrow specialists" - sellers of paint and varnish - in one of the large specialized retail chains ...! And when I, in conversation with several "advanced" (without irony!) I told them about those professional subtleties and features of using paint coatings to preserve their durability and practicality, which I heard from an employee of the MAV retail store, they were no less impressed than me ...! (After hearing what I heard from the "girl from the MAV store", they looked at each other and said, already addressing one to another: "Does our girl (the salesman of the department) know about this ...? - I'm sure Not ...!") That's when my doubts disappeared and I determined for myself the choice of the manufacturer of the paintwork - it will be a MAV!
BUT that's not all! (Sorry for the graphomania ...!)
Having decided on the manufacturer of the paintwork, I decided that there was no need for me to "feed" intermediaries (bargaining.networks), if it is possible to purchase a "fresh" paintwork directly from the "conveyor" ...! Arriving at the store, I saw firsthand the bearer of that competent, useful professional information that many of her colleagues do not know about ...! This highly competent specialist turned out to be a young, pretty, pleasant girl named Valentina...! (I wish I had asked her last name...!) And here, during the purchase of the necessary coatings, I also discovered a lot of new useful things regarding the technology (!) and the use of coatings for roofs, plinths, untreated wood, etc.! To my question, where can I "voice" my impressions of "communication" with such a competent competent specialist ..., I heard a modest: "If you think it's necessary, you can do it using the company's website ..."
Concluding my story and the so-called appeal, I would like to appeal to the management (owners) of the MAV ...!
Having (attracted to yourself for work) such a level of employees, you will be doomed to Success if you are able to build and maintain mutually respectful, mutually committed long-term relationships with them ...!
I did not want to introduce the definition of "mutually beneficial" into my "appeal", but I could not do without it ...! This is also important today ...!
If it corresponds to the "Charter" of the MAW enterprise, then I would suggest and ask the management to encourage their just a very good competent employee ...!
Thanks to the professionalism of such employees, the image of the organization is formed, trust in it and the number of consumers is growing ...! (In the near future, I will definitely try to use the products produced by MAW...! It's a pity I didn't ask about the discount card ...)
So, dear MAV Management, thank you for the Project itself (MAV company), and for the specialists you were able to select and prepare ...!
