Great terrace in Samsun. Very fast service. The cost is 250 lire for a hookah, for example. It's a great place to catch your breath and have tea. The fastest service. The menu includes soft drinks and seemingly toasts (I haven't tried them). A big plus is warm batteries, an outdoor terrace
