Everything is fine. I caught a rock and got a decent chip. I drove up, the guys carried out repairs in 20 minutes, a small barely noticeable dot remained from the chip.

They opened it. They explained why the glass burst (corrosion at the corners). A big plus is that they had to treat the corrosion sites. They have never been offered in other places. Processed.

The glass was treated properly before installation, which is a plus. But why wasn't it wiped after installation? The marks on the glass from the suction cups on the outside remained.

I spent the whole day in vain. I put the car at 12, as a result, they called at 18:30 and said that "there is allegedly no glass available." OK, I took the car. In another service, it turned out that these guys could not unscrew the janitor's leash and simply tore off the bolt. I didn't have the courage to call and tell about it, and that's why they came up with a story about a canceled order for glass.

Before selling his car - Kia Sportage 2018, he turned to this so-called service to replace the windshield.
The next day I arrived and picked up the car.
As it turned out, about an hour later: 1. The machine stopped responding to pressing the buttons on the keys.
2. The central locking stopped working.
3. The rain sensor has stopped working.
4. The fogging sensor has stopped working.
5. The light in the cabin stopped responding to the opening of the doors.
6. The music also stopped turning off when you leave the car.
And then I realized that they hadn't given me any check.
I called this service, I say, they say, anyway, you didn't give me a check and there are problems with the car. In response: we can't give you a check today for some reason, come tomorrow for a check.
The next day, they gave me a check and said if there were papers stating that it was their fault, they would sort it out and reimburse me.
I drove the car to an official dealer. The car stood for a day at the KIA Center on Independence for diagnostics, he left by taxi. And the child is engaged in sports, you need to drive a lot, there is no way without a car, you also had to take a taxi - all thanks to the service in quotes.
At the end of the day, I was informed that when replacing the glass, the wires were cut, a short circuit occurred, most likely some kind of control unit was covered, duct tapes were somehow clumsily wound. The dealer's representative showed a photo that even the wires do not reach each other under the duct tape.
They said that they would still need to bring the car for the day, they would throw up blocks, look for what exactly was faulty. The next record is in ten days," the dealer said.
I repeat that I changed the glass to sell the car, there was already an agreement with the buyer for a certain day. In general, the Buyer did not wait for my car, with the shoals that appeared thanks to the "service".
Naturally, I was upset because of this, because I couldn't sell the car for six months..... after all, the cost of a car is not for everyone.
After visiting the dealer again (again a day without a car, taxi, etc.),
the dealer was pleased, said they found non-working blocks, opened them and were able to fix them.
They said that they were very lucky, blocks are usually replaced.
They got off easy, only 300 bel.rub.
I came to this "service", wrote an application for the amount of 300 rubles + at least 50 rubles for a taxi, which I gave for 4 trips to the dealer.
I think I will no longer demand for lost time, a lost buyer for a car, for having to take a taxi with my daughter for 2 days, etc.
