I will share my positive experience with maxwell. We took 3 rounds from Roman from 08/16.24 to 08/19.24
1. 4 in 1 Jeep Safari/Tazi Canyon/Rafting/Zip Line
2. Turkish Maldives
3. Extreme Safari
We were informed in advance in the office what and where to take with you (hats, glasses, swimsuit, towel, water)
Take a lot of water! The further you get, the more expensive it will cost)
At lunches and dinners, the food is delicious, but drinks are paid, so if you want, take extra money with you, and preferably more water)
There were Russian-speaking guides on all the excursions, they told us where we were going, the order of trips and the time we spend in one place or another, they said what to navigate, what the bus and our group were called, after the time had elapsed, everyone was called if someone did not return on their own) there was no chance of not returning from our tours.
1. At 4 in 1, we got into an abnormally hot day, because of the stuffiness it was hard, but beautiful. The air conditioning on the bus was coping. The canyon is very picturesque, but there are a lot of tourists, so while you are standing in line for a photo, think about the angle and frame in advance to capture this beauty and take it with you)
Rafting was very pleasant, the mountain icy river with water of +8 degrees was a salvation for us that day. I liked the tour, for your comfort, choose hats and shoes that fit snugly on you so that nothing flies away and floats away. You can also take a waterproof phone case with you. They sell them there for $ 10, and ozone is cheaper on Alik). You can also buy a flash drive with video from the alloy (like $ 20) and for an additional fee.The fee is not to go by boat with everyone, but by canoe
2. The Maldives is beautiful, but there are too many people for such a small place, as the ships of several travel agencies are moored at the same time. But this is the case in most tourist places. You will still have enough space to swim and sunbathe and enjoy the magical views. The water is amazing)
3. On an extreme safari, the group was smaller and it was much more comfortable there, there were no queues to take a photo in a beautiful place. We arrived all covered in dust, but happy!
The transfer was from the office, as our hotel was nearby, and the tours were always taken to the hotel)
I read the reviews on Yandex only after buying the tours and got a little tense, the low ratings impressed me)
But after the rest, I can safely say that I would turn to the guys again.
Everywhere you can find disadvantages and reasons for discontent, but you are on vacation, focus on something else. Have a pleasant experience and travel!
I hope my review will be useful to you.
If it were possible to put a minus, then it would be a pity to have one star!!! We had a vacation in Turkey for the first time, my husband fulfilled my dream and gave me a trip to Kemer for a vacation. We fell in love with Kemer at first sight, and in general, we are not harmful or greedy people - we were happy to give tips with money and chocolate, but this yacht trip, designed for 12 people, became a FLY in the OINTMENT!!! We really want to come to Kemer yet, we have not enjoyed its beauty, BUT the MAXWELL TOUR, we will avoid it like a cursed place!!! Initially, we wanted to contact GINZA TRAVEL, but we often passed by this agency, where their employee named Shakir did not give us a pass and we gave up...In the end, everything turned out not to be as promised...There were 10 of us. The yacht turned out to be a shabby boat that requires no small repairs, it's a shame even in the photos for this, how to show this to people...No promised fruits and drinks, a disgusting lunch, if at all it can be called a lunch, which was barely enough for everyone, one bottle of Cola from the drinks, and we, for example, do not drink carbonated drinks at all, we had to drink what we had, we could at least offer plain water or tea (Turkey ) and then they cut a small melon ( promised, like, fruits )...But even that's okay, figs would have gone for a ride with him and looked at the beauty, the last straw was what made me write a review - this is a photographer named Anara... I didn't want to take a photo, but my husband insisted...She also sang like a nightingale, took pictures, made videos from a drone, showed an example of a family video, etc...We paid her 50 bucks for a pig in a poke, and that's what happened...The result is a few terrible pale photos, but she promised, if necessary, she would fix it, she didn't fix anything, our photos are much better, the drone videos are cloudy, she just apologized, like, sometimes it didn't work out...She also so persistently asked us to jump off the boat together, but I don't swim well and I'm afraid of the depth, and my husband still jumped alone, but there is no video at all, even though they are cloudy, but this just isn't THERE!!! She simply ignored our question about this...And there should have been a mounted video for us personally, but a two-minute video, beauty from a drone (which is a lot for free on the Internet) and on the main background a girl who was also on a trip was photoshopped and waving and lying and standing, and we flashed once like extras at a star...Of course, we did not download any photos or videos for ourselves...Yes, she also suggested to us- well, mount something yourself from what is there...That's how it is, well, the family is not without a freak...In short, this worthless walk cost us 150 bucks...By the way, instead of the promised 6 hours, our walk lasted about 4 hours... And at GINZA TRAVEL we wanted a relaxing walk, it cost 70 bucks...In short, we fucked up...From now on, we will be more vigilant and not so trusting and we must be able to say NO! no need! - these are the nightingales...I am writing a review so that people try not to believe everything too immediately, and so they don't tell anyone about it, so as not to spoil our story about beautiful Turkey...
I want to leave a review about Maxwell, we took an exclusive trip to Pamukkale, because we have already visited the main places in previous races. Pamukkale used to have a 2-day tour, now it's 1 day. On the first day we walked down the street and found out about the cost, all agencies have the same price-$ 55, anex has $ 110. We always take tours on the street, but for interest we learned from the guide.
Let's go to Maxwell, because right at the hotel firstly and nice guys secondly. Roman and his wife sell tours, they talk in Russian, do not impose too much, they all told what to take with them, answered all questions.
Yesterday there was an excursion, today we came in and thanked the guys.
Special thanks to the guide Aigul, a professional, told a lot more than was required on the topic of the tour, recommended what everyone needs to see. Many of our group wished to go on excursions with her alone.
Bottom line, guys, don't believe the guides' horror stories about street agencies. The photo below was seen today.
We came to Turkey for the first time, decided to take an excursion to Maxwell, the guides are much more expensive.
Let's go on a 4-in-1 Rafting trip. We were picked up near the point of sale of excursions, on a comfortable brand new bus, air conditioning, clean. We drove to the point for almost 2 hours, it's a bit long, but it's worth it!
First the rafting: we really liked it! A Russian-speaking instructor, everything is clear, exciting and not scary, you catch adrenaline, high and good mood
Then the zipline - two rentals, also cool, everything is safe
Then rafting again, another 8 kilometers, do not be afraid - it's pretty fast on the water
Upon arrival, we were fed, very tasty indeed. I will warn you: drinks are paid, take water with you, and a lot!
Then they took us up the canyon in jeeps, the views are simply amazing, we saw an ancient viaduct
Of the cons: there is no guide who tells you about these sights, that is, you only look, there will be no historical references.
Keep in mind that you are going to the wilderness - do not wait for bathrooms equipped with the latest technology, ordinary rural (please note - clean) toilets
In general, the impressions were wonderful, I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews here.
Friends immediately said that it is better to watch tours on the street, and not at the guides. On the very first day we went to find out the prices, after which we listened to the guide from the tour operator. Prices are 2-3 times cheaper in Maxwell, in other "agencies" they were a little more expensive, so we chose here. They didn't regret it. Of the minuses, if you can call it that, there is no Russian-speaking guide (the only question is whether he is needed at all, they just tell something in the background). We went to the Maldives, an hour and a half by bus, 4 hours on a very comfortable boat, not a yacht, of course, but there are not a lot of people, there is a place to turn around. The third bay for 50 minutes seemed superfluous, because only children did not swim.
I advise you! Some of the negative reviews are similar to custom-made ones, or to very fastidious Muscovites. The food is good, pasta, salad, cutlet (without drinks / only for a fee). The toilets are quite civil (in Russia it is much worse on the highway, and it is even a shame to put it in comparison)
Stargazers...Kemer.We came with the children, asked what kind of tour you would recommend for us WITH CHILDREN and advised a pirate ship with a visit to 3 bays. As a result: this ship is a water bus, it's very hot, there's nothing to breathe, it's boring, the food is disgusting, a foam party is one name! It's just "soapy water" from the ceiling, the children are exhausted because it's hot, it takes a long time to swim, everything is wet... SOOOOO many people, Maxwell promised that there would be no more than 200 people, in fact we counted more than 300.On top of everything else, she cut her leg, swimming closer to the island, swimming is unsafe and they did not warn about the pitfalls. We are unassuming tourists, but we were extremely dissatisfied with the excursion on the pirate ship Medusa

After meeting with the guide at the hotel, we decided to find out the prices from local tour operators, the first on the way were Maxwell tours.
Jan treated us to tea, told us in detail about the excursions, taking into account our wishes, gave us tea.
We bought a trip to the hammam ($ 10 per person), took the bus from the company on time, at first there was free time by the pool in the hammam, then a sauna, steam room, peeling with foam massage, face mask (I'm not very sure about the hygiene of the event - everyone was smeared from the same dish, but the brushes seemed to be changed), then 20 minutes of massage. Thai people did the massage. In the middle of the massage, they call a Russian-speaking person and through him they offer to do a medical massage, talking about human problems (there were 6 of us and all had problems). They do not react aggressively to rejection.
We also booked a yacht for the company ($350 per yacht). The tour included a visit to Paradise bay, where you could dive from a yacht and swim. Then there was dinner on the yacht. After dinner, the yacht began to be started and it did not start, which is more a disadvantage of the yacht club than the fault of the tour operator. After that, the rest became spoiled, we waited a long time for something, then another yacht began to tow us (also with vacationers). As a result, we were still taken to moon light, which also meant time for swimming and rest.
We were also going to book a diving tour, but did not take the risk after reading negative reviews.
You can also transfer money for tours online to a card, with a commission (for the transfer of 25k, the commission was 500 rubles)
Avoid Maxwell tur!!!
We were vacationing in Kemer Malibu hotel, so this office is located around the corner of the hotel, from which we took a trip to demre mira kekova, just because we wanted to visit St. To Nicholas the Wonderworker, the tour cost twice as much as that of a hotel guide. So, already on the bus on the way, the guide Julia announced that the entrance to the temple was paid, it cost $ 20 per person, we were shocked, there was no extra money with us, as a result we waited an hour in the infernal heat while others were on the tour. We were taken to lunch, we haven't tasted worse food yet, the children were hungry. The only normal experience was a yacht trip, beautiful views and swimming in the sea. Everything else sucks!
The whole day is wasted. Especially the children were very upset. Yes, and you will also be dragged around the shops to rip off all the money from tourists.
We bought 3 programs from them. In the center of Kemer, a very helpful guy Ali and another man. They explain everything in detail . All 3 rounds were held in time . The best solution was to go to Cappadocia for $50 per person. I was incredibly lucky with my guide Zhenya . I can't imagine a better one. The only downside is that the buses are dead and the condos are not coping .
The second excursion was to Kekova. In principle, it 's not bad, Karina is a professional guide , but she too clearly wants to sell additional services , water , etc . And so the program is cool.
The 3rd tour is a diving dampened by poor organization . There are 3 instructors for 50 people and a huge queue and a whole day in time . It 's all very formal. I do not recommend diving.
A boat trip on a Jellyfish. 150 people were crammed into this trough. In fact, there are queues everywhere: to go on board the ship, for lunch, for snowboarding, on the ladder from the water. Do not take a tour, do not spoil the impression of the beautiful sea...
Good afternoon! Just yesterday we returned from Turkey, we went from the Maxwell tour organization from Belbidi on 08/18.23 on an excursion to Antalya sightseeing. The worst excursion in my life, we were driven all day in an old bus without air conditioning in the heat of 40g. First we arrived on the funicular, stood in line in the heat for about half an hour, although when selling the tour we were told that we would not stand anywhere, since everything was organized. When we went upstairs, we didn't see anything, because everything was in a fog. Then we went to the old town for a walk, it ended with lunch in a restaurant with rotten floors, we were served, including children: a very spicy kebab, flatbread and 2 pieces of vegetables. It was impossible to eat, no one warned us that all drinks would be paid in the restaurant. Of course, you can't treat people like that, for such a lot of money. It is clear that Turkey is now saving on everything. Thanks to the guide Aigul, she tried her best, but of course everyone's mood was spoiled, they got off the bus like from a bathhouse.
I took their SIM card and a ticket to a concert by a famous artist. Everything is fine with the latter, but in order for the SIM card to work, I had to go back and say that it does not work. They promised to activate it in 30 minutes, as a result, it was activated after 4 hours. That's okay, Ali promised a free tour on the yacht Medusa. I asked instead to make a free entrance to the club, specifically to Crystal I wanted. He gave me 3 tickets to different clubs in the end, he says go wherever you want. In fact, all the tickets turned out to be last year's. That is, you either don't promise anything for free, or if you take it up, then do it to the end. When I called this Ali, he was already leaving the agency, started mumbling that I allegedly dropped this ticket, in general, some kind of nonsense. It's like I'm not a ticket collector, and there the girls came for a free transfer, they were taken straight to the club) there was no such opportunity for me, so I don't recommend it to anyone!
Terrible company, the worst of the worst. We took 2 excursions from them.
1. Rafting 4×1.
2. The MALDIVES are Turkish.
Minuses:
There is no guide - no
No one explains where to go, what to take with you and what kind of program, they shove so many people into one tour that they forget, well, or they can't count. Their main task is to rip off your money - then they don't care about you. This is a brief description- then I will tell you in a little more detail why such conclusions. Well, first of all, it has been 30 times in Turkey and there is something to compare it with. I usually look at reviews, but then it happened spontaneously. I thought, well, what could happen - everything was always fine. But it turned out to be different.
1. Rafting 4×1 . It started as usual - the bus was picked up (punctual). There were tourists inside and some guy, obviously not a guide, because in 1.5 hours he didn't say a word to us. Then we arrived at the point and a Russian-speaking guy came in and began to collect money. After that, he says, go outside. No hello, my name is, what program - nothing. After sitting outside for a while, they finally started talking. They explained who to swim for, where to get a vest, helmet and paddle, and then after the rafting they would feed and that was it. This was the end of the brief instruction, they collected money again and put them on the bus. Then they were brought to where to sail from, put in boats and showed who to hold on to - that's it. In my understanding, the Guide should at least introduce himself, tell the program and what to take, what not to take with you. Instructors should at least tell the program, explain how to swim so as not to turn over and have at least one lifeguard, since the rapids there are serious. Unfortunately, we did not receive this minimum. We had a two-person kayak. It started with the fact that at the very beginning, on a serious threshold, we turned over - no one came to save us - somehow we got out ourselves in this whirlpool, having drunk a lot of water. Then we swam to the spring - it turns out that we could take a bottle with us to get water, well, accordingly, again, no one told us about it. Then we sailed to the zipline and somehow climbed the mountain, as my wife lost her slipper when we were overturned. On the zipline, I skinned my hand on the cable, as the employee of this zipline was strongly pushed away at the 2nd point and I did not have time to remove my hand from the cable. Then, having sailed and taken their own boats, they handed over their equipment and sat down to eat. Then, again, without explaining where we would be taken and what to take with us, they put us in a jeep and drove us to the observation deck of the canyon. You could have said at least three words: take caps and water. Well, accordingly, we were tormented by thirst and the sun. Well, in general, it's like that. I will say one thing - nature itself is super, if it weren't for these beauties, it would be hard.
2. Turkish Maldives
Here I will tell you it was the worst of the worst excursions in my life. It also started with a bus and a collection of money. Then they were brought to the departure point at the bus stop and there it was necessary to walk a little to the sea. We got out of 2 huge buses and the driver said go there pointing with his finger, unfortunately there was no guide. Then we reach the sea and in front of us the crowd is divided into 2 - right and left, and considering that we did not remember the faces of everyone sitting next to us, we did not understand which way we should go. And we were not alone, 2 Israeli women joined us, who were on our bus and a guy with a girl were also looking for their own. These Israeli women and we were put in some kind of boat, obviously not ours. The whole tour was terrible: lack of understanding, monotonous loud music, no sand on 3 islands and everything is like a herring in a barrel - there is nowhere for a fly to sit. Returning back, accordingly, our bus was not there, and an hour later some arrogant guy in an old Peugeot arrived and, with shouts and indignation, put us in a 5-seater passenger car of four in the back seat, and threatened that otherwise you would stay here. On the way, because of my indignation, he kept threatening to drop us off.We drove to the city , came to the tour operator - the arrogant director of this sharashkin office arrived and said " I don 't understand Russian - goodbye " We never heard any apologies . I do not advise contacting this office - I think we were lucky, there could have been more deplorable consequences!
Hello everyone We were in June 2023, buying excursions from Muslim , the village of Genieh , right in the bazaar , the second or third room on the right.
To clarify, we bought one Pamukkale tour from the guide for $ 170.
Here, we bought 3 excursions with a total amount of 110 dollars.
We were in a Turkish hammam, on the ship "Medusa" and in the Turkish Maldives.
I liked it very much, it was fun, interesting, lunch is included everywhere!
Take it, you won't regret it.
The only drawback is that drivers sometimes stay up to 30 minutes, but don't worry, with this price it's not so scary 😁😁
Do not contact this agency!!! They're lying! We took a yacht and diving. As a result, the 1.5-hour trip cost $ 430. Diving did not take place at all - they did not agree!! We booked with Misha!! Don't take it! Don't get fooled!! We went to return the money - they attacked my husband in a crowd (6 people)!the conflict reached such an extent that a fight broke out!!! Misha shouted loudest of all that the Russian creatures, how they hate us!! I pissed off one-on-one and gathered the locals. As a result, a broken head (a bottle was smashed on his head), a spoiled vacation. It's useless to prove something! Think a few times who you want to take the money to and entrust your vacation to before contacting this agency! We lived in Kemer Acre Hotel. Avoid it!!
It's better not to get involved.
We made the classic two mistakes.
They fell for the low price and did not read the reviews.
As a result, there were no Russian guides, the bus was an old dead Mercedes with non-working air conditioning, surcharges on tours (others are more expensive, but everything is included). They won't let you on a boat with your own water, buy from them 20 times more expensive than the store. After the first trip, we realized that another tour had to be canceled. It was canceled, but the prepayment was not returned to us.
It's terrible! Buses without air conditioning! Everyone was suffocating there! They even take away the water in order to sell their own more expensive. We went to the Turkish Maldives. The bus was killed. There were a lot of people and a lot of children in their arms. There was no guide. On the way to the port of Adrasan, we stopped the bus at a store on min sork. Dear, but they didn't let you on the yacht with your drinks. They even took the water, searched the bags. There were a lot of people on the yacht, there was no place to turn. When we arrived, bathing was also in the anthill. We left a little bit back - we were looking for the bus ourselves. I do not recommend it. If you leave an advance payment, it will not be refunded…
We flew with my husband on May 27, 2022. Excursions were taken from Maxwell near the Magic Sun Hotel, in Beldibi, at the exit on the right.
It's twice as cheap as the guide's. Very positive, responsive guys.
Since we were the first, we were advised where it is better to go to see more.
They showed us, told us about the excursions of interest, and made a good discount.
As a result, we took 3 excursions at once (by the way, they also take rubles). We took the Turkish Maldives, Tazy Canyon (very funny guides) and Medusa (a big ship with a foam party).
I advise you to take it from them. Even on 1 excursion (tazy canyon) There was a free zipline from their company, but it's paid.
We rode good buses with air conditioning. We drove precisely, they are going to a meeting.
Lunch was included in every tour. The food was normal and delicious. Spaghetti, chicken, fish, salad, chicken skewer. But drinks are paid. For example, on a Medusa tour, beer cost $ 5, ice cream $ 2/
We went to the Turkish Maldives on 13.09.23 On the yacht grand Pasha, the guide was a woman Leila, very rude, fed a cold lunch, replied to the complaint that no one invited us here, the day was ruined,
At the same time, no one warned that it was necessary to take corals, at the first stop there were huge slippery boulders, it was still necessary to swim to the shore,
There are a lot of people, all the yachts stand close to each other, there is simply nowhere to swim freely,
I Do Not Recommend It!!!

We bought a tour on a pirate ship for $10. They took us away from the hotel. Brought to the port. It took a long time to get to the ship there - this is the only drawback. The tour itself is excellent, and the price/quality ratio is the best. There were 3 parking lots for swimming, a foam disco. It was fun. The program also included lunch - salad, pasta, imitation chicken. Take drinks and water with you, it's very expensive on the ship. Alcohol cannot be carried - bags are checked. We were taken back to the hotel on another bus, there was a little confusion when loading, people who do not know English could get confused.
Good afternoon! I went with them in early September to Istanbul for 1 day ((( I really regretted that I went. It is not organized, the guide does not make friends with time (You can see the entire Sultan Ahmed Square in 1 hour, he dragged his time - about nothing ((. I was lost all the time, I couldn't take a flag or an umbrella in my hand(. I gave 1 hour for the TopKapi Palace - very little time(. I didn't give you any free time at all!?!((We rode a little along the Bosphorus-not bad. But you could also wander along the streets with us, show us modern buildings. In short, I do not recommend it. It is better to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach.
We went on an excursion to Demre-Mira-Kekova on 09/14.21. an excellent educational excursion. The guide Erdal knows the story perfectly well, an interesting storyteller.everyone was picked up from the hotels on time, the group was organized, no one had to wait at the stops. We visited Lycian tombs, the Greco-Roman theater, the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, the sunken city of Kekova.unforgettable impressions were left by the turtles of Corella, the bay in which we swam and the eagle dance performed by the guides and the captain. The only minus is lunch, a la buffet, not clear porridge, stuck spaghetti, some kind of dining room is not clear in which backyards, in general, the organizers were greedy here. Reading the previous reviews, we were ready for this and stocked up on our sandwiches. We stopped at a couple of shops along the way, but it doesn't bother us, we looked at what they were selling and left, no one forced anyone to make purchases.
Excursions were bought near the Magic sun hotel. We went on two tours from this tour agency: rafting and Tazy Canyon, Demre Mira What. I liked them both very much. The guys who sell the tours are great fellows, very pleasant and friendly, they did not cheat in anything, and even made a good discount. I recommend the agency and wish you further development!
We went to the Waikiki store and came across them. Annoying, they made a "discount", took them to a clothing store. In general: the tour to the aquarium cost us $ 190, the prepayment from the card was $ 30, no problem, on the day of the trip we decided to pay the remaining 160 from the card to them, because we could not withdraw cash from the World of Sberbank. But this time it turned out that they had to pay more, because 'they have taxes from the card there, it's not profitable for them to take cashless exactly,' so they threw in another $ 15 right before they left. The divorce is ordinary. They drive by the ears, both Misha and his colleagues. And they get a multilingual group. It is better to take it from the guide at the hotel, or on a Tripster
They said that they would take them to Takhtali mountain at an altitude of 2300m, in fact they brought them to the mountains at a maximum height of 800m, assuring that this is the one)) They lie looking into the eyes, do not trust the busurmans.
They promise, just a fairy tale. But in fact, the transfer is old, the air conditioner does not work, plus it is packed. We were not satisfied, we will not contact this travel agency anymore.
On September 12, we rented a car in Kemer for 3 days. We purposefully searched for Full casko. It was possible to rent near the hotel for 35-40 dollars per day. No, they took 60 each with full insurance. Fortunately. no matter how the owner resisted when drawing up the contract (he said that everything was in the system), they forced him to write Full casko with his own hand. Alas, on the way to Antalya, a downpour fell and we hooked a bump with our right wing. Not much, but a fact. We were nervous, it was unpleasant. They brought the car to take over (almost a day earlier). What started here!
Three Turks were screaming like they were half-cut. One spoke in Russian: Full casko only includes car accidents, calling the police is mandatory. Otherwise you'll be hitting every tree here! etc. We stood firm. I said, call the police and the insurers, we won't pay anything. They were talking to each other in Turkish, so I do not know which switch went off all of a sudden.
They said: go to the hotel, the police will arrive in half an hour. We went to the beach. No one came. For the remaining 2 days, we did not see this car near the office, apparently it was put up for repair
It is convenient to rent a car at a high price and get it back in excellent condition. And if there are problems, ignore the conditions of full insurance. By the way, the car has already traveled 244 thousand km and has recouped its cost more than once.

Terrible, terrible! Do not buy excursions here! In fact, they are not responsible for anything, they take money, and then they just don't pick you up from the hotel, and it's your own fault.

It is more expensive by 5 bucks than over the Internet
A terrible organization! Don't mess with me!!!!We paid the money and agreed that a decorated jellyfish bus would come for us. As a result: no bus, no money, no mood ... we waited outside for 2 hours in the heat.
Don't buy tours here!!! They say one thing, you get another as a result. In Pamukkale, instead of 3 hours, all 7 drove, of which 4 hours were dragged to the shops. Don't mess with Misha.
We were on the ship from this agency. We took the bus, everything was fine. It was forbidden to bring any drinks on the ship, although they said that it was possible. I didn't really like the tour itself. It was not organized back (We were dropped off halfway to the hotel, we had to walk...
