We took a hammam in this company, they said the procedure would take 2 hours, in fact we drove for 30 minutes to collect people, they gave us additional services for 10-15 minutes, the procedures themselves took a little more than an hour. In the hammam, they drove faster faster, otherwise there will be queues later. The bus that was taken there in poor condition, the step did not move out, it was difficult for people of age to climb.

while you swim, the ship will stop 3 times so that you swim in the sea, so to speak, a variety from the beach. but God grant you to swim normally, because I remind you, there are a lot of people!
the food is weak, especially after the hotel, I personally was waiting for dinner as soon as possible after that.
of the pros: good music, a very active and cheerful presenter
of the cons: a lot of people, your drinks are taken away at the entrance (only water is allowed), Wi-Fi costs money, prices are too high, the food is weak.

In May 2022, we purchased vouchers in the center of Kemer for an excursion to Cappadocia from a representative of Renat's travel agent. During the tour after breakfast, we did not find the bus that brought us and in which all our belongings were. The guide Larisa (in fact, an employee of the Hammam, not a historian) explained this by the breakdown of another tourist bus and the need to help other tourists. However, no one offered to take our things away. After getting on our bus 2.5 hours later, we did not find the PASSPORT and $ 490!!! To get a certificate to return home, I had to go to Ankara and spend another $ 300. Instead of apologizing to the representative of the travel agent Renata, he was rude to us and scandalously returned the money for the remaining excursions, which, for obvious reason, there was no desire to go.
P.S. It wasn't just us who were deceived. The unfortunate French were traveling with us, who did not understand ANYTHING at all, since the "wonderful" guide Larisa practically does not speak English.
Conclusion: Judge for yourself whether to contact them or not. But we strongly advise against it, you will regret it! As one of the tourists who rode with us on the bus said: "Damn this day when I got on this bus."

We took an excursion to Pamukale, attracted low prices and discounts. The bus was good, with air conditioning. The guide spoke Russian very poorly, and told almost nothing about the place itself, since the vocabulary is very small. Before lunch, we were driven around the shops with inflated prices, no one talked about the shops when buying a tour.
The guide on the bus persuaded me to additionally buy a ticket to the Cleopatra pool for $ 13. If you are not sure if you need it, it is better not to take it from the guide, it is better to buy a ticket on the spot after you see this frog house. We did not like swimming, because in the heat there is little pleasure from hot water. There is a cold shower near the pool. You can change your clothes and freshen up for free)
They allocated only three hours to visit the park at the peak of the heat, from 12 to 15. This is very little, we barely had time to see everything.
Pamukule is a wonderful place to visit, just not with this agency.

1. Tour of Demre-Mira, Kekova Island
Ainura's guide led the tour, it seemed, not badly, told a little about the history of ancient cities, even more imposed the goods of her friends, sponsors, of whom there were a large number, stopped by the bag store twice, under the guise of san.stops, then we were visiting a cafe, stopped to look at sarcophagi in a rock and see an orange garden, and we were in a completely different place, not in the one shown in the picture, when they sold us an excursion, then there was an onyx stone store at insane prices, the guide is very good at selling and imposing the goods of his sponsors, all this is accompanied by jokes, jokes and wacky stories, and 60% of this is on the tour!!! We refused to visit the church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, well, that's not why we went on an excursion, so after that we became absolutely uninterested in this guide, in the end she didn't even say goodbye to us! Icons in this place at fabulous prices, allegedly illuminated on Mount Athos with a certificate, fool our people as they want, but there were those who buy for $ 1000 and $ 5000, but of course their business, I think that when they do business out of holiness, there is no smell of holiness here! Then we were in the onyx store, this Ainura says so, if someone buys, the whole bus will wait as long as it takes, well, this is generally a madhouse, I did not pay for my tour to wait for someone for 2 hours. The approach of a market trader. All the way, the guide promoted and praised herself, an unpleasant aftertaste remained from the tour. I didn't really see anything that I wanted to see, they don't land Kekova on the island, they don't bring him to the sarcophagus, which stands in the sea, we watched him from a yacht from afar. In general, a complete disappointment! Of course, I can tell you a lot of things, but I don't want to bore you, I hope my short story will benefit someone.

The price of excursions is as low as the quality. Boorish agents who will cover you with obscenities if something suddenly goes wrong, as they want. There are many pitfalls and hidden surcharges.
