The hotel is located in the Seasons residential complex, it takes 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop, if you take the 53 bus, then the "Palace of Martial Arts" stop. The staff is very polite, the rooms are compact, but everything you need is there: a tea station, a TV, a heater, a safe, a private bathroom and even snow-white bathrobes and slippers. There is a brush with paste and soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The bed linen is all clean, the mattress is firm, the pillows are also elastic, of course I like them softer, but for someone it will be a plus. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the hallway. Breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:30 on the 1st floor, complex, they bring you porridge, omelette with cucumber and cheese, tea or coffee to choose from, yogurt, butter and bread are already on the table. Delicious and satisfying, I had enough. There is a construction site nearby, you can't hear it, but the neighbors in other rooms can be heard perfectly, even when they are talking on the phone.

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. I liked everything: both the room and the breakfast and the girls are responsive and friendly. The location suited me very well. I walked in one direction from the hotel, to the center and in the other to the energy museum. The only disadvantage for women is the lack of an elevator. It was hard to go up to the 3rd floor with a suitcase, and then go down. For men, no problem)

We booked the hotel ourselves, searched for reviews and location.The room is small, but cozy and quite clean. One of the disadvantages is that the water in the shower constantly fell on the floor due to the short curtain.Very poor sound insulation. If someone is fundamentally wrong, then definitely not here.But since this mini-hotel has only 3 stars, it is not critical for me.) Of the advantages. Very polite and lovely reception staff! I rarely write bad reviews, but everything was just bad here.
everything was fine upon arrival, but when I went into the room there was a terrible smell of spilled beer, and there was a lid on it behind the door. at first I thought it was my imagination, but after an hour it became unbearable and I started looking for the source. as a result, these turned out to be bedside mats, which quickly turned out to be rolled up and sent to the far corner. the plumbing, as written below, is very tired. and the room was very dirty. there was someone else's hair everywhere and just some kind of incomprehensible dirt.
The climax was the fact that the lights were going out in the hotel. moreover, not once, but literally all the time of my stay. He could have been gone for hours. Well, because of this, I had to eat breakfast cold. By the way, I had abdominal pain after breakfast, if you know what I mean. That's why I didn't go to lunch anymore.
in general, the only star is for the location, but this location still needs to be reached, because the whole yard is in potholes and broken asphalt

There was no kettle in the room, a cooler with only cold water, they asked for a kettle at the reception, they did not refuse. There was a problem- the lock at the front door was stuck, but everything was fine.

Of the disadvantages, I will say that often the navigator of taxi drivers leads to the hotel itself (it is in the courtyard), and on the other side of a large house. It's easier to get out and walk through the arch than to turn around there in a car and drive in from the yard.

A minor disadvantage is the small size of the room (I took a standard single but with a double bed). The hotel is in a new residential complex, the place is quiet. Most of all I liked a good elastic mattress. It was very comfortable to sleep on this. The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, towel, soap and shampoo from the dispenser. The breakfast is simple continental, but quite satisfying. I recommend it!

We lived on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator here, we had to lift our suitcases on our hands. We stayed for one night, so the place is normal for an overnight stay, especially comfort is not needed. But if you live longer, then, of course, it's better to look for another place. At first, I seemed to like everything, but when I went into the room, there was a rotten smell. At first I didn't understand where it came from. I sniffed everything to find the cause, even my head hurt from the smell. After 4-5 hours, I found the reason. Bubbling mold in the kettle (photo attached). And there are many more disadvantages.: the shower hose is running in all directions, the bathroom curtains are very dirty (yellow from below), the exhaust fan in the toilet is overgrown with dust, dirty floors in the corners (crumbs from food). In the morning, I heard everyone walking down the hallway, children screaming, and I woke up because of this (there is no seal on the front door). In short, I was not satisfied with the hotel for not a little money 17,500 tenge per day for one (3,500 ₽).

The room was not very clean, the bedside mats ... it is better not to stand on them, there is hair on the floor, a lot of dust, for 2 nights no one even tried to clean the room, take out the trash, disposable sets, by the way, turn into reusable ones, no one updates them. There would be no complaints if room cleaning was not stated in the offer of the hotel. The second point is that we arrived as a company and rented 2 IDENTICAL rooms, paid the same amount for them, BUT one of the rooms was larger in size and had a larger bed..it was a little unpleasant, they gave me an answer to my question: both rooms belong to the same category and could not understand my indignation in any way, they did not offer help, nothing!! Breakfasts: one menu is stated on the website, another in the room, in fact, the third one at all, But, in fact, breakfast is very tasty, especially porridge. Overall, the impression is good, but it could be better, in the price-quality ratio it is generally excellent.

I stayed at this hotel twice in a short period of literally a week, the breakfasts are super, as for the prices, you will definitely not find anywhere cheaper and more comfortable, and the location is nowhere more central than the center!))) the staff is helpful and will help you order food and tell you where to go. Personally, I am grateful for the simplicity of solutions to my so-called problems and just a human approach, but the situation was simple, my flight was postponed for a couple of hours, and after talking with the administrator, they just humanly agreed that I would calmly wait for the next day without additional payment, that's what I understand hospitality and goodwill. We thought breakfast was porridge and that was it, but no, it was porridge, fried eggs with sausage, butter, yogurt, juice, tea or coffee! We left early in the morning and breakfast was prepared for us, without any questions, we asked and took everything in the morning, only we need our own container! And the location of the hotel is very advantageous, we walked to the Expo exhibition, then took a bus to the Baiterek monument, walked along the Arbat, visited Khan Shatyr and walked to the hotel. Cool mattresses and blankets, I wanted to go home like this. There are 2 pillows, the big one hurt my neck, and the small one is just right.
Good water pressure, no problems with hot water.
