The rest in this hotel is just great! The service is excellent! The staff is always happy to help, the waiters are always positive, attentive, willing to please! The cuisine is varied. Everything is very tasty, and the serving is excellent. Separately, I would like to mention the assistants (Olga and Ayla), the girls are professionals in their field! All issues were resolved with lightning speed. It is a paradise for children, both for younger children and for teenagers. Slot machines, VR machines, laser tag, bowling, basketball rings, rope park, dinopark, cycling!!! You can continue for a long time! It's better to go once than to read a lot! The hotel is not cheap, but it's worth a trip!!!

To breathe in such a hotel is a real fairy tale! The staff is always kind and positive! Everything in the rooms is not really comfortable and beautiful, mini bar with soda, soft beds, toilet, etc. The territory of the hotel is just huge, but I was able to visit almost everywhere, Maxy Land, Dino Park, and not far from the hotel there is a football, basketball and tennis field, and much more (probably). The food is very tasty, and besides that there are a lot of different cuisines, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and others.
It's funny that there's a swimming pool outside, and besides that, it's also warm (and if you go to the sea before that, it's generally boiling water!). There is also a swimming pool inside the hotel, but it is much larger than outside, besides the pool, there is also a children's pool and a Jacuzzi :), + a bar with fresh juices.
I strongly recommend everyone to visit this luxury hotel with the whole family!

The hotel is above all praise. The service is impeccable, all the staff are with a sincere smile and a desire to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It's especially great that you have an assistant assigned to you, who really fulfills all your wishes :)) There were three of us, two adults and a 5-year-old daughter with allergies. We already know what a problem it is to feed her... So our assistant Valeria also relieved us of all the problems with her daughter's nutrition - every day they cooked for her not only what she could, but also very tasty! And fresh lamb soup, grilled quail, and a burger, etc. The variety of dishes in the main restaurant was impressive, there was a lot of meat and fish. For absolutely every taste, everything is very beautiful and delicious. Different cuisines of the world. The assortment is constantly changing, it's just not realistic to try everything! I liked the Italian restaurant, which is also included in the concept - everything that we had time to try was very tasty and the waiters were super positive. Plus a fancy pastry shop in the bar.
The coastal area with sand itself is small and gray, but I was impressed by the beach area with gorgeous, very green grass. There are wooden sun beds with umbrellas, and a mini-cooler with water. I'm already silent about the waiters who appeared wherever you sat down)) There is a QR code with the bar menu on umbrellas and tables everywhere - it is convenient to choose and order.
Separately, the Maxi Land children's club should be noted. It's a fairy tale! They couldn't get my daughter out)) First of all, wonderful animators, all funny and super friendly. Secondly, the equipment! There are a lot of things there: a room with slot machines, a huge climbing area, two cinema halls. There are game rooms for different ages with lots of interesting toys and a separate exit to the playground, where, again, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for this age. It was also a great idea that the child himself would not be able to get out of there.
The room has everything you need, towels are changed twice a day. We have always been very well cleaned, the plumbing is spotlessly clean.
Those who like to mess around are likely to say that the hotel is no longer new.. yes, if you search, you can find places where the wall is not aligned under the wallpaper, a chipped tile or a hole in the baseboard. But it is clear that the hotel is slowly being renovated. Our room was fresh, and it was being renovated nearby (by the way, we saw building materials and people, but we couldn't hear the repair itself). And so, it's always quiet.
And we will return here with great pleasure, and we advise everyone. You won't regret it :))

Gorgeous! A huge "space" hotel, clean, well-groomed, beautiful huge territory, attentive staff. Delicious food from probably all cuisines of the world, champagne and caviar for breakfast, on the 2nd floor there is a Chocolaterie with handmade chocolate, fondue and other joys of life, opposite there is a Movenpik ice cream area, everything is fine. There are several restaurants with a buffet and a la carte, the Rib Eye steak is above all praise!
There is a fresh bar with freshly squeezed juices in the Spa area.

We had a vacation with my wife in early March. I had two impressions. On the one hand, everything is very good - a beautiful beach, infrastructure, delicious and very varied food in several restaurants on site, its own magnificent bakery, pastry shop and chocolatier, attentive butlers who are very convenient to interact with through the hotel's own application and at the same time there are moments that are unpleasantly upset, which you definitely do not expect to meet in 5*. The old, as they say, "tired" renovation in the room, dead batteries in the remotes, a deformed mattress, weak water pressure. We were also upset about the lack of bike rentals, but this is a modern story related to the repair of bike paths.

This is probably the best hotel in Turkey, and maybe the world! We had a family vacation here during the January holidays. The food here is excellent, and there is even red caviar for breakfast. Rope town is interesting, adults can also climb, but you need to make an appointment in advance. The mini club is also good, there are attractions for children outside. The water park looks good, but it's closed in winter. There are not enough evening family concerts and performances, but live music is played in the bars. The heated pool is small, the interior is a little cold 26'.

Three huge advantages: the scale of the hotel itself , the stunning spacious room - with a non-real view ( we had the 4th floor , the middle , the sea view ) .
Delicious food , quantity and quality of dishes , drinks , cocktails .
I liked the fast track service, the girls' assistants are great, the staff is attentive, the service is great.
Overall, we really, really liked it!
Of the shortcomings , I would like to note : it is noticeable that the architecture of the hotel is already outdated , and that the hotel is not new , it requires cosmetic updates , the addition of modern details and buns . You can't look at Dino Park without crying ( it requires restoration and in general this dinosaur theme is the last century )... and I didn 't like cosmetics ( gel , cream , shampoo , balm ) .

There is an assumption that managers give such instructions to bartenders, but I want to believe that this is not the case. Again, I repeat, this is also found in other expensive fives in Turkey.
- mini club from 1 year old. This is a huge plus with small children. You can leave your child under the strict supervision of a babysitter for a while.

We stayed at a nearby hotel, but looked into the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort and were pleasantly surprised. I was impressed by the well-groomed territory, amazing service and thoughtful infrastructure for guests, including children. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. Apparently, this is a place where every customer is taken care of and comfort is created at the highest level. Next time we will definitely choose this hotel!

A wonderful hotel for family holidays and relaxation.
Not noisy, excellent service and hospitality, good rooms, food beyond praise. In all bars, premium and elite drinks, an application with a personal manager, caviar at a meeting and in the main restaurant, waiters can even be called from a chaise longue by a code, where pools of different directions, from Maldivian style with fine sand to adult, a chic spa and an Indoor pool.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. Immediately after our arrival, we were very hospitably welcomed, treated with red caviar and everything our hearts desire. We were put in a room a little to the side of the center, but there was a view of the sea. The weather is wonderful to sleep with the window open. But at night it turned out that some kind of substation was working at full power in the neighboring building and there was a strong hum, as if you were on the runway. The result is a sleepless night and a headache. But! After our request, we were immediately moved to another one! Customer orientation at the level of. Next, about the food. This is a separate ode- a huge selection, different cuisines (Russian, Korean, European), I counted 17 types of olives/olives alone! Steaks that are cooked in front of you, fish, squid, octopus, crabs. There are always all kinds of fruits, fresh fruits of any kind, including pomegranate and kiwi. It was very difficult to live in this 4 days :) There is a well-equipped gym, a spa (surprised only by the cool Jacuzzi) with saunas. Evening program with live music. A separate respect to the service near the pools and the sea - it didn't work out at all, the caring girl on the segway seemed to set out to familiarize me with the entire alcoholic menu of the hotel :)) Well, the icing on the cake is the CIP pass at the airport. It took exactly 5 minutes from getting out of the taxi to Duty Free. To summarize, I highly recommend going there, by the way, there are also a lot of things for children, and for the most athletic, there are huge, gorgeous golf courses. Thanks to the hotel, thanks to the staff - we had a great weekend (by the way, there's a mirror in the room above the bed :)))

The best hotel!
We come here every year with our parents.
I really like the attitude of the staff . I have a lot of allergies and they prepare food for me here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
It is especially pleasant when a message arrives from the hotel the day before arrival that they are already waiting for us.

We were in March, we liked the hotel as a whole, we had a very good rest with my husband and children! there are nuances, as there is something to compare it with) In some places, the hotel is shabby, the juices are not freshly squeezed, as if mixed with ordinary juice or water. The room was not always cleaned properly : there are 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom has not been washed, the minibar has not been updated. When you ask, they do it all at once.

And I didn't like one of the assistants at all: Anne Boleyn is very unsympathetic and doesn't seem to treat Russian-speaking guests very well. They asked to show a certain number, they asked in person and were refused, she said that all the rooms were booked (in March, yeah) and when she duplicated the request in the application, 8 minutes later we were already standing at the entrance to the room) but this is not the whole staff, basically everyone is very open and polite!

This is a great hotel! Every year we come with the children for 3 weeks. The choice fell on this hotel because my child has food allergies, and our vacation is usually in apartments. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily for the child at this hotel. There are gluten-free products. This is the only hotel that treats its guests with such attention. This is a good hotel, many things are thought out and comfortable. But during our last stay (we were on May holidays, we lived in room 1401), we were very unpleasantly surprised by the cleaning. Bicycle rental service. In the distance, but also on the territory of the hotel there is a separate children's club with a small town, the club has Russian-speaking animators, a dinopark (it would not hurt to repair it) on the territory of the dinopark there is also a rope park with trails of varying complexity.
Even further away are villas and golf courses.
There are a la carte restaurants near the hotel.
By the sea there are beach loungers, a children's playground, a cafe.
Service, room cleaning, service in cafes and restaurants are ideal. Many pleasant nuances for residents have been taken into account, up to the fact that upon departure at the airport, seats are provided in the business lounge, there is a Maxx royal sector, and the right to quickly pass through passport control.

This is the best hotel! Amazing service, service. The hotel is not new, but it keeps the bar, the food is beyond praise. There is no better option for families with children: I pulled my own out of the mini club by the ears, it was so fun there! Before that, we always went to Barut Lara, because there was a great kids' club there, but it got worse over time, and we decided to raise the bar, so to speak, and, choosing between Max and Kulinan, we decided to go to Max, since Kulinan had complaints about the service reviews, and it seemed like a kids' club. it's better in Max.
We stopped by perfectly, everything was quickly arranged, we were given a personal assistant, we liked the room, the family room was very comfortable, the five of us were perfectly accommodated, but immediately a surprise awaited us in the form of a half-eaten cake in the refrigerator of the minibar =) We chose the far building, as it is closer to the children's club, but in fact we did not go there very often, and it is better to choose a room with a sea view, at least the sun shines there during the day and you can fix it on the balcony if anything =)
The room was cleaned twice a day, the minibar was replenished everything is in order, the beds are comfortable, there is a pillow menu.
We mostly ate in a shared buffet restaurant, but if we didn't have time, we could go to the 24 ala kart restaurant, and in the afternoon we also went to the Turkish restaurant on Ala kart street. There are no special complaints about the food, in general, the choice of dishes is normal, there is a Russian corner, Turkish, Asian. But the service in the main restaurant caused a slight surprise: one waiter in a huge area obviously can not handle the cleaning of tables, drinks, etc. As a result, a lot of tables are not cleaned, you can wait for tea in the morning for half an hour, it's better to set up a zone with drinks so that you can pour them yourself. The champagne was brought warm and exhausted (despite the fact that it is not so good in itself, a bottle for 400 rubles is not serious for such a hotel) I asked for herbal tea, and they brought me such a decoction that it was simply impossible not to drink it. I asked for beef stroganoff in the Russian corner, they say come over in 5 minutes, the woman in front of me comes up and apparently takes my beautifully decorated stroganoff. I say where's mine, they say in 5 minutes, I answer so it's already passed, the cook says Aaaaa, takes a plate, puts the meat and gives it to me, I say where's the mashed potatoes and the rest, he says go there on the communal table and get yourself 😂😂😂
On the second or third day, the assistant asked how we were resting, I wrote to her, set up a meeting with the manager, discussed everything again, of course nothing changed, but decent champagne was brought to the room =)
After listening to other vacationers, it became clear that almost everyone scribbles to their assistants all the time complaining about It's like this is a hotel policy =) This is the first time I've come across this, to be honest. So in summary, the service leaves much to be desired.
The New Year's Eve dinner was normal, there were a lot of people, 700 people, some groups were singing, the holiday was from 19 to 2 a.m., but nothing particularly remarkable. There was no children's program at NG at all, so the children didn't even rush there. Then the belly dance began, and the satisfied men put money in the dancers' underpants, my wife was a little surprised =))) There was a great fireworks display and an interesting area with bonfires on the street, but there were a lot of people.
The audibility in the rooms seemed normal at first, until the baby in the next room started crying in the morning, it was just very audible.
We didn't like the kids' club at all, although there are a lot of animators, the room is large, there are all sorts of entertainers, but it doesn't feel like they are doing much with children. The eldest was happy to go play Laser Tag, and the youngest, when she passed, found herself either in the cinema or at the PS, although there were crafts on schedule.
There is an area with slot machines inside the hotel, but of course they are all already patched up, but you can go in there to have fun, there is also a bowling alley, but not all tracks and a laser tag also worked.
It's not a bad playground at the club, with attractions for kids. There is a dino park nearby, with a really good rope park and a climbing wall.
As a bonus, we were also given breakfast at the golf club, we don't play ourselves, but you can take a nice walk there, and the interior of the restaurant is generally pleasant, there are few people =)
There is a good gym, although I did not go, but at first glance everything I need is there. There is a heated pool, although the water seemed slightly cool. The sun beds around the pool were very poorly cleaned, and as a result, there are no people, and all the sun beds are occupied. There are many saunas for any temperature.
There is also a heated swimming pool outside, but you have to go to it, and during the day, in good weather, of course, you can lie down, but I didn't want to go there on purpose.
An interesting area with Maldivian sand right next to the hotel, although this is of course a summer story =) We had mostly 16 degrees, so I didn't even dare to go into the sea, it showed something around 14 degrees.
There are sun loungers on the beach, in good weather you can even get burned, waiters are running, and of course 2 waiters for 200 people can not cope with orders, although they try very hard =) We didn't like the beach, I don't know, maybe they put sand there in the summer, now it looks very strange, some kind of river or drain is flowing nearby, as a result, the beach is blocked by a mini pond in front of the sea. Well, the sand is so-so)
The hotel has a good chocolate cafe, everyone liked everything there =) Well, the pastry shop downstairs is also not bad, there is also ice cream.
The bars serve whatever your heart desires, although in terms of wine and sparkling wines, in fact, the choice is only local, for three. But beer and spirits have a wide selection, they make interesting cocktails. A chic hotel, with large rooms, varied food 24/7!!! Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are a huge selection, there is even a Russian "island" where dumplings, borscht, cabbage rolls, etc. are offered. Insanely delicious Belgian chocolate candies in the cafe on the 2nd floor. On the beach, waiters are constantly serving drinks, fruits, ice cream! Super kids club. Gorgeous evening shows and a disco. We had a rest from January 5 to January 9, 2025. While the memories are fresh, I'll share my opinion. The hotel has clearly not been in the luxury segment for a long time. Yes, the staff is trying, the assistants are taking all the blows. And they're trying to fix everything. But this is impossible, the hotel has been in need of major repairs for a long time. The rooms are just awful old, the stink from the pipes in the bathroom, we lived on the ground floor, and since the air conditioner doesn't work in the off season, we opened a little balcony. That's how we woke up at night to the fact that a cat with kittens came into the room. Cats in the hotel need to be dealt with and cared for somehow. There are some ugly cats that make you feel sick.The appetite for breakfast immediately disappears when a mangy cat comes up to you after a slaughter in blood and saliva. Plus, cats mark the territory and it gives off a smell (as if the hotel is saturated with it, especially the area where restaurants and verandas are open. The spa is just terrible (dirt, old furniture, everything is in strange bottles at the juice bar, I didn't want to drink juice. There is one small outdoor pool on the street, which still needs to be reached (there was a big check-in on the holiday, and there were few staff, and it is clear that they simply did not have enough for the number of guests. Parties and their design seem to be from the 2000s. It is unclear why such strong alcohol and cocktails are strong, but 4 types of champagne are not tasty and cheap, one is lambrusco. The food is excellent, there is a large selection of everything, there is even a corner of Russian cuisine. There is a huge pastry shop and an area with handmade ice cream and chocolate. I couldn't appreciate it, because I don't eat sweets. But everything looks very nice and appetizing. We went to a Gala dinner in honor of Christmas, and I didn't like the food there at all. Just an oyster, and a set of Russian salads)
There is a strong sports concept in the hotel, there are golf courses where you can walk around for days. But if you want to take coffee with you, then the hotel has an eco-concept and they won't even give you a disposable paper cup, you need to ask for everything through an assistant) they brought it at the end of the rest, and it's without lids) And also with cosmetics, there are cans with dispensers in the premium hotel. It is beneficial to bring savings under the eco concept)
Of course, the service immediately improved when the people left. The hotel may have been posh once. But we need to close on time for renovation. Old age and mustiness cannot be removed and the service cannot be adjusted. I definitely have no desire to return to this hotel. One of the advantages is the free face-to-face track at the airport. I love Turkey dearly, I've been to many premium hotels and this one turned out to be the worst. Unfortunately, perhaps when our expectations are too high, disappointment sets in. The main focus of the hotel is on food and quality drinks. The service is also excellent, every wish is fulfilled with lightning speed. The rooms are generally good, but the mirror on the ceiling above the bed is definitely confusing. I don't know what fantasies the designers of this hotel had. If you like to eat delicious food, don't want to think about anything for a few days and just lie there, get high, sunbathe and swim - here you are! At the same time, your child will be busy with his own affairs, everything is provided for this in the hotel... Special attention should be paid to the pastry shop, where delicious desserts are prepared every day, which are difficult to refuse. but! I warn you right away: the risk of gaining extra pounds in this hotel is very high! We were saved by tennis!

The best hotel! Service, food, drinks, everything is on top!
Yes, the hotel is not new. For example , a children's club needs to be repaired . He was tired, of course, but he couldn't get the child out of there. We spent a couple of days at Rixos Sungate, of course it's new there, everything is beautiful and modern.
Wonderful animators compensate for everything! The child is passionate! It is open from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. 🫣
Entertainment for children is everywhere. Dino park , rope park, the club itself with labyrinths and vending machines, bailiffs and a cinema. Outdoor playgrounds. Your own mini luna park.
There is also a children's area near the main restaurant. Indoor indoor maze and outdoor playground.
Children can be left everywhere . The territories are fenced, the animators always look after them.

Oh, where do I start, friends? I returned from the Maxx Royal Belek Hotel, and I still feel euphoric, like after the fifth Shake for Samet cocktail! It's a great hotel, just great! If I were sultan, I would settle my entire harem here (well, if I had one, of course).
Service? Magnificent! The staff smiles as if they have the golden key to paradise in their pocket. The tray of drinks arrives before you have time to think, "Why don't I get something to drink?". Cocktails are a separate song. The bartenders here obviously know how to make your evening unforgettable.
Food? Tastier than my grandmother's (sorry, Grandma!). Restaurants, buffet, snacks — everything is at the highest level. I ate like there was an apocalypse tomorrow.
But, friends, there is one "but". The hotel is, of course, a little tired. Like I did after a bar marathon. Somewhere the paint is peeling, somewhere the furniture is worn. Pools are a fire, a hammam is just a fairy tale, but these minor flaws are striking. It's like a supermodel in a slightly worn dress.
In general, Maxx Royal Belek is like an old friend who is always happy to see you, but who needs to update his wardrobe. If you close your eyes to minor flaws, then this is an ideal place to relax, where you will be fed, watered and pampered like a king. I'll be back here, but I hope that by then the hotel will "get in shape" a little.

As they say, I would like to leave my feedback about my stay at the Maxx Royal Belek Hotel.
Tourists usually write reviews when they don't like something. But this is just another case - I liked almost everything.
It makes no sense to describe in detail all the advantages of this hotel:
- spacious rooms from 80 square meters and all of them are of the "Suite" category;
- wonderful and varied cuisine and a large number of restaurants, bars and cafes,
- able to satisfy the most refined gourmet;
- outdoor and indoor pools with ordinary and sea water;
- a beach area with waiters who promptly provide guests with drinks and snacks for every taste.
All this is present and you can read about it in any advertising brochure.
But the main incentive that prompted me to write this review is the attitude of the staff towards their work.
We don't know about other hotels, but Maxx Royal Belek has implemented the Maxx Royal Belek assistants personal assistant system, the meaning of which is that each hotel guest is assigned a personal manager who accompanies you throughout your life at the hotel.
And now - the most important thing. As everywhere else, the so-called "human factor" plays a decisive role in any business. As a person treats his duties, a general conclusion is drawn in relation to this case.
We were very lucky that we had a personal assistant named Islam Omer Yasaroglu, who took care of us as small children. Upon arrival, he escorted us to our room and told us in great detail about the device of all the devices and the capabilities, so to speak, of our "smart Suite".
Then he always promptly helped to solve various issues, including the problem with the Internet.
And here is a small nuance that characterizes the attitude of Islam towards its cause. The spouse in one of the photos of the hotel guests saw a cocktail served in a whole fresh pineapple.
We asked Islam a corresponding question, who replied that there was no such cocktail on the menu at the moment, but he would be able to ask to make such a personal cocktail for us, which was done.
We believe that such a conscientious attitude of Islam to its business greatly contributes to a significant increase in the reputation of Maxx Royal Belek among hotel guests, including potential ones.
We would like to draw the attention of the hotel management to this employee and ask for his encouragement and promotion.
We are very pleased with our stay at Maxx Royal Belek and wish the hotel continued prosperity and Islam success in his career.
The only wish is to think about the so-called "merch", so that the guests of the hotel take home not only wonderful memories, but also small souvenirs with the symbols of Maxx Royal Belek.
