They just don't clean it up, there's sand all around, they don't change the towel. BUT! MOST IMPORTANTLY, $100 WAS STOLEN from MY room. Yes, I didn't hide them myself, the money was in a bag inside the suitcase, but...it was purposefully opened, things were left just from above and the cleaner, in puffs, running away, left a garbage bag on the table. They sort it out at the reception, and told me to write a statement through an interpreter and a guide to the police. But, I was 1 with the children, there were not many days, I read on the Internet that there was practically no chance, and decided not to go further into it, because I was upset all day, and the second day I did not wind myself up with the police. Plus, when I was broadcasting the "do not disturb" sign, some guy calmly came to me, and another time she came with her and saw the towels piled on the couch... I.e. the sign does not bother them at all... By the way, a disgusting guide from Sunmar Mahmut... He was late for the meeting at 1.30 and didn't even apologize, forced me to buy a tour, and when I didn't do it, he also called me a Jew!!! So be prepared for that. Yes, and the sea is definitely not 400 meters away, as they say everywhere, it will be about 600, the children are tired of walking in the heat, and so am I. There are mattresses, buckets and dirt in the gym, i.e. it is not there!!! (Who cares) Perhaps that's all, in general, I do not recommend it.
Nice hotel, not new, but everything is decent. Excellent cuisine, the sea is very warm, the sand is gentle, the sunsets are magical. The staff TRIES HARD (the room was changed immediately upon arrival), everything is washed and cleaned, friendly with guests, darts, boccia, volleyball, exercise on the beach. From the hotel we went to, Antique Side (must visit), to Manavgat (by the way, there is the most favorable exchange rate) and prices for some goods are lower. Nova Mall is a great shopping center. We had a rest in 2019. Great hotel, delicious food, nice rooms. There are 2 swimming pools on site. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a restaurant, sometimes we went there for lunch. Lots of hammocks, a nice beach and access to the sea. It was comfortable with a 2.5-year-old child.

The room was changed, the safe and the lock of the front door were fixed in it already with us. The air conditioner made a lot of noise, but there was absolutely no way without it in the 43 degree heat. We visited the old town of Side on our own. I recommend it, we really liked it and it's easy to get there. Towards Side, bus 11,back 10,stops on the road that is to the right of the exit from the hotel. I want to thank Irina, who works at the reception and for changing the room and for information on how to get to Side. She answers all questions very thoughtfully and politely.
We had a rest in July 2023. The hotel is tired, of course, but in general there were no special complaints. The air conditioner worked well, the linen was clean, cleaned every day. The food is good for 4, all alcohol is bottled (except beer). The sea is just a bomb, 7 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a snack bar on the beach (fried fish, spaghetti, fries, burgers, fruits/vegetables), any drinks. Of the additional costs: Internet 3& per day per device, sand drawings with an animator 5& per piece. In general, no one was hungry, did not get injured, did not have enough enterovirus (although we rested in the hottest + 45), and it was not boring.

The territory and rooms are dirty: steers are lying on the lawns, bars are always filled with soda / beer, the staff does not have time to clean up after guests in the dining room, the dust layer in the rooms is such as if they had not been cleaned since the beginning of the season, it is better not to move the furniture - it is unknown what you will find there, on bed linen, bedspreads, towels and curtains are not washable ingrained stains, jellyfish pillows, no blankets (only waffle blankets), the plumbing is all covered in lime, the phone in our room did not work (the porter checked it at check-in, but no one came to fix it). The sun loungers by the pools and on the beach are dirty and broken, as are the umbrellas. There is no free Wi-Fi even in the lobby (go out onto the road to the neighboring Labrande, it's free there).
We must pay tribute to the staff - everyone is friendly and friendly. The beach is acceptable in terms of cleanliness, the entrance to the sea is excellent.

This hotel was chosen only because it indicated that there is a children's kitchen. In general, don't set foot there anymore!

They were in July 2023. The hotel is normal. There was no sports. Everything else is fine. Delicious food, interesting shows, . And most importantly, A GREAT SEA! Clean, deep, warm! We stayed at the hotel from 7.09-18.09. We really liked the staff and the food. How the room was cleaned- every day, but not carefully. To the sea about 5-7 minutes along the alley. And on the beach, with full occupancy of hotels, there are sometimes not enough sun loungers under a canopy, so we went to the sea after lunch, when many people left the beach. The alcohol is local (so-so) and I liked that, as in the good old days, we served the food ourselves, not the cook. The ancient city of sila can be reached by walking along the beach, it seemed to me 3 km. And by bus exactly 12 minutes to the final and ancient city. Small pebbles entered the sea, the water was almost always transparent and small fish were visible. In general, a full-fledged 4* and for your money 94₽ 11 nights 3 people.
I would not recommend it! For Turkey, such a 4-ka is a failure! There is no service. I'm not picky, but even for me, many moments turned out to be tin! There really are no elevators, and on the 4th floor there is only a railing on the balcony where you could dry clothes. They offered a room on the 1st floor, but there was a smell of dampness. the towels were changed only 2 times, alas, one of the towels that was in the bathroom was not changed at all!!! This is a minus, although toilet paper was constantly added.
On the territory of the hotel: a lot of greenery, there were tangerine / orange trees, that is, there was always shade at very high temperatures during the day - you could relax in the shade.
On animation: since I'm not a fan of animation, on the contrary, I was comfortable that the hotel was quiet both day and evening, well, only the music by the pool. But all the animation was by the sea-darts, yoga, volleyball.
The beach: there were sun beds and soft mattresses on them, but of course you had to try to take them early. The beach is sandy, with small pebbles. There was a free drinks bar on the beach, and a snack time in the afternoon. You need to walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes along a footpath, in the evening it is illuminated.

It all started from the front entrance, the smell of sewage greets you every time you enter and exit the territory. Well, anything happens, I thought, and we went to get registered. The reception, where the staff smokes right at the reception desk and casually decorates you, with someone else's hair in freshly made linen, paid Wi-FI for each connected device (3€ - one device, every day - despite the fact that WI-FI is paid, it does not work fast at all), ants in the room - VERY MUCH.. And yes, do not leave food on the tables for a long time, the ants will get there. By the way, regarding the rooms, the smell of sewage and dampness does not leave you throughout the "rest" and there is a clear smell of a smoky room in the rooms. We didn't dare turn on the air conditioner at night, because we didn't want to breathe smoke at all.
If you like to sleep tilted to the side, then the beds in this hotel are ideal for you)))

Damn the day when I read two reviews on the Pigas website for this hotel. So this is a 3* hotel, with a stretch. First of all, the worst unsanitary conditions in the dining room, it is not isolated from the street, as a result, there is unbearable heat, floor-standing conduits, from which there is no use. The whole dining room is filled with flies, they are everywhere on food and on people who are sweating trying to eat with dirty, unwashed forks from dirty, broken plates. In short, it's just a homeless hotel. Next to the room, a cheerful woman at the reception, a compatriot, settled us with a small child in a room that is disgusting to describe. The plumbing is out of order, I went to the toilet, the descent does not work. The furniture is just in terrible condition. There were clumps of dust on the wall by the headboard above us. It's just that everything is disgusting, absolutely. We decided to spend the night and then move out, otherwise the infection there threatens with infection or rotavirus or worse. Then we tried to move for three days, unfortunately the guide from Pegasus constantly dynamited us, and eventually left after 3 days. But it was a real unsanitary homeless hotel.

A great hotel for 4 stars. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the sea, but the walk is fun) the pools are good, there are 2 slides, the food is delicious, there is a street with shops and cafes nearby.
The huge problem of this hotel is the Staff. They don't want to work. The bosses are standing at the door and hanging on the phone.
The waiters' uniforms are terribly dirty, the cooks come out into the hall like dirty plumbers.
I can only mention the sea and only it, pure and azure.
The beach is disgusting.

(an ordinary, not outstanding three, although tour operators sell it as 4) If there were no special problems with arrival (since they arrived after 21-00, then of course they settled right away, although, with a half-empty hotel at that time, they settled in the far part and on the 3rd floor, with at the same time, there is no elevator in the 4-storey buildings, which of course is a huge minus, especially when you are with a child and you have a lot of suitcases), then it became more fun. The air conditioner worked intermittently and after a couple of hours, despite the night time, the room turned into a gas chamber, one and a half to two hours of running to a nearby reception and back, a technician appeared, who, of course, could not solve anything at night and we were given another room. I had to carry not only the things laid out at night, but also the sleeping child. The TV didn't work in the new room or in the old one. In addition, it turned out that the toilet in the new room did not drain anything, another, now morning trip to the reception and again the technician's call. By lunch and after several reminders, these problems were partially solved (the toilet began to drain, but water was constantly flowing, which was not very pleasant for the nerves, taking into account the cardboard walls).
About food: if in the first couple of days the kitchen coped with its duties (the way there were people a little bit at the hotel) and we were happy and satisfied. Throughout the entire meal time, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the assortment was constantly replenished and despite the fact that it was not large, everything was quite tasty.
But then, every day it got worse and worse, and by the time of departure, it turned into a standard action of cheap hotels, if you want to eat properly, come to the opening, otherwise in an hour not only that there will be no watermelons or cakes for dessert, but also meat dishes and even cucumbers…At the same time, the hotel management regularly came, calculated something, everyone ran around, decided something, but the situation did not change…
The cleaning of the rooms was no better, we came a couple of times, made the bed, rolled back our wet towels and that was the end of it. They couldn't even fill the dispenser with gel, they ran after them for two days. (there were no individual soap bottles, there was a bottle of gel on the sink and a second one hung in the shower, the savings were complete). On our repeated requests to do a wet cleaning of the room and change towels, everyone actively recorded our room, but nothing changed, and in the last three days, they gave up on us altogether and had to go on their own to take toilet paper from their closet…
Along the beach, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk: the place is allocated to two hotels at once, to the main neighboring Maya World (cheap 5) and our Maya World Golf (aka golf club, as the old sign still weighs). There are a lot of sunbeds, but if you come by 11-00, there will be no more places, and security from neighboring hotels is chasing strangers. The beach itself is pebble-sand, for three, it was not very comfortable to go barefoot into the sea, especially since we relied on the reviews and did not take the slippers bought for swimming in Egypt, it would be ideal in them. During our stay, the water was not yet heated enough, but it was quite possible to swim, although most of them just sunbathed… The beach bar is certainly weak, and there is no question of any alternative to lunch, most of the time, just handing out drinks and nothing more…

The work of Sergey's hotel guide from Anex was classic, to make the most of his own and promotional excursions, while actively telling a lot of lies, which you will learn only during the excursion trip, so do not be fooled by their persuasions and take excursions on the Internet, the price tag will be much lower, and the quality is the same. We took a two-day tour in Pamukkale with a stop at Lake Saldo. Overnight at a hotel with a thermal spring. If the lake in the picture and live varies dramatically, and there is no special point in visiting it, then the hotel, thanks to the warm mineral baths, was very pleasant ... The tour is not too tedious, as it stretches for 2 days. There is enough information about Pamukkale itself, it makes sense to go…

After 20 minutes of shouting, the senior manager came from the neighboring main hotel, a couple of bartenders appeared, who of course "recognized and remember" me, how I bought this ill-fated whiskey, to my objections, I have not been drinking strong alcohol for a long time, and in such heat I don't really want it, they began to actively tell (to invent) that it turns out that I did not buy for myself, but for some Turk, whom I immediately met. For all this heresy, I'm trying to say that I came on vacation with my wife and child and I don't go anywhere at night, and specifically that night I wasn't here at all, it doesn't stop them, more and more details appear. I showed the manager the evening and morning shots from Pamukkale for 10-15 minutes, and additionally shows the filming location on the iPhone, which helps a lot, I'm trying to prove that how could I be in two places at the same time, where only the distance between them is 5-6 hours. As a result, the manager realizes that his bartenders are just stupidly trying to breed Russian tourists, while my wife has already become actively involved in the showdown, as the Turks began to be openly rude and as soon as I turned away, they spat in my direction. Finally, the manager says that we can go without paying anything, all this time, the representative of Anex stared blankly at this show, and did not even try to contact our hotel guide..
What conclusion did I draw from what was happening? The guys from Anex know perfectly well that such things are happening, but for their own peace of mind, they don't even try to change or solve anything, and secondly, they need to finally stop traveling with a tour package to such redneck hotels… After all, they were just unlucky that I was not there that one night, and so, of course, I would not have proved anything, because even the fact that it was clearly not my signature on the receipt did not convince them at all. I still did not understand on what principle their choice fell on me, because I had never even visited this bar, not only at night and but during the day.. Either some crafty vacationer decided to frame me and entered my room number instead of his number, but in this case, they should either require confirmation of the number on the bar + in addition to painting, the same name and surname, or not sell on loan, but only with payment immediately, but along the way it is so profitable for them.
That's how my trip to Turkey in the summer of 2022 turned out to be not too unambiguous....
We stayed at this hotel from July 10 to July 19, 2022.
2 adults and 1 child 8 years old.
We arrived at night, check-in was said no earlier than 14.00. I had to sleep with the child on the leaky sofas at the reception (photo attached, white leather sofas) seeing such a reception, I had to run yesterday, as it turned out!
They settled us in a bungalow! double room!, despite the fact that there are three of us)), we put a cot in the form of an extra. Places that can't even open the closet, because the room is very small. The first thing we did was kill jumping insects in the form of fleas, because they refused to replace the room, citing that there were no available rooms.the entrance doors do not open, then they do not close from the word at all, The system : come in, I do not want to!
The room is located in some kind of nook, there is simply no lighting, it is pitch dark.
All night, every day, a Great Dane dog runs and barks on the roof of our one-storey building, which lives on the territory of the hotel and runs in the open.
Also on the territory there are chickens that walk underfoot during meals and poop, wishing us a pleasant appetite, parsley that wakes up at 5 in the morning, those who sleep in the main 4-storey building. We didn't need it, because Carlson (the dog), who lives on the roof, copes with it with a bang! There are also cats who love animals, and a brand new puppy has appeared yet. Not a hotel, but a whole Farm!
On the 5th day, the room was changed with a scandal! Well, we thought we would live!)))
It was not there, the room was dirty, which is not surprising anymore, the air conditioner when turned on emitted the smells of cat urine, the mattress, bed linen, pillows are damp and mildewed, everything is visible in the photo.
The walls were yellowed from moisture, the tulle was damp, it was impossible to sleep, my noses were blocked. What do you think?)

In general, the service is at zero, the dishes are not washed, I had to choose cleaner plates, the rooms are dirty, they clean every other time, they do not give soap accessories, they do not respond to complaints. Hair in a plate and running insects on the table is a separate topic)
Everyone who lived on the 4th floor, the condors are old, they can't cope, people were suffocating from the heat. There are daily queues at the reception with complaints!
All the photos on the website about the rooms were taken from the 5-star Maya world hotel, which does not have its own beach and all the people go to the beach of this hotel, respectively, with the places of the problem on the beach. The sun beds are dirty and torn!
We turned to the guide for help, he said that his business was small, selling excursions, and he was not in business.

Pros: clean rooms, clean dining room (they say it became cleaner after covid), two swimming pools, two small water slides. A great bar, beer and wine are always available, whiskey and tequila are poured, cocktails are made. The food in the dining room is fresh and varied. The staff is polite. Very spacious rooms, cleaning was done every day. The staff speaks almost all Russian. Tour operators will say that you can not take excursions on the street, that you will spoil your vacation. Don't listen to them, the tour operators themselves have bad excursions and don't even have a price list. We took an excursion to Baba Tour, from Emil, there was only one excursion shop nearby. Everything went very well, I advise you to take it from him. The location of the hotel is good, you can go to the ancient Side, I advise everyone. Buses #10 and #2 run to it.
The water park is not bad nearby. I don't understand the positive reviews. This is a full block, not a 4 hotel (!!!) stars. Don't go there. Don't spoil your vacation. We had a rest from 27.07-5.08. The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. They pretend that they do not understand either Russian or English. They laugh brazenly in the face. Mostly vacationing Turks. For "their own" bartenders pour good quality cocktails, but for Russians there are no such drinks available. The rooms are cleaned on the "fuck off". We checked into a room where smelly socks from previous residents were lying around. The grilles on the air conditioners are dirty, the mattresses are pissed. The toilets are dirty, leaky and wobbly.... An unrestrained attraction during the " ritual "). On TV, 1 channel is Russian . I called a worker to intimidate problems, no one came for a week. The refrigerators in the rooms do not work. Canteen. The food is not tasty, they mainly ate watermelons. There is nothing to eat for breakfast at all. The dishes are all dirty . Animation is the bottom. Two cripples, one speaks Russian poorly, mostly speaks Turkish, the entertainment program every evening consists of contests among vacationers, the second is habalka, Russian-speaking. All her duties are offering darts , lotto, and catching tablespoons in the pool.
