We were at this hotel from April 23, 2019 to April 30, 19. The hotel draws
at best 4 stars. The buffet is terrible. There are no meat and fish dishes
on the menu. Of the soups, only broth with noodles. I.e., vermicelli soup. -- IT'S IMPORTANT! TEA AND COFFEE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUFFET! IT IS NECESSARY TO BUY FOR A FEE. THE PRICE IS $ 2 PER GLASS OF 100 G OF COFFEE, TEA or 10 Turkish lira. Which, in terms of the exchange rate, is about 220 rubles.! The staff is openly rude and brazenly extorts money for everything. There is not a single store nearby, it is impossible to buy food. Buffet - breakfast, lunch or dinner the price is 20 euros. The beach is covered with a layer of debris, dirty sand. Entertainment for adults is not at all karaoke, not discos, not just dancing at least. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore.

The hotel is 4*, and not as stated 5. The rooms are good, we were first given for the road, we asked to change, they gave us a pool (no extra charges).
Food: either we are so lucky, or it always is. When the boss is there, there is a lot of food, when he is not.... you don't have to go to the dining room.
The road to the beach is 5 minutes, but it is not cleaned, stones from construction sites, etc. ...
The animation is good, the guys are trying, it can be seen right away)
Bar: everyone pours ...
but I didn't like it, the Europeans arrived, immediately everyone fussed, cocktails were prepared for them at the meeting, the child came up to ask for water, it was said go we are busy...
Reception: everyone is polite, always

There is a beautiful lake nearby, there is also a market.

Quite a decent hotel. We lived here for 12 days. The room is cozy, cleaning is carried out every day. The sea is 350-400 meters away along a green alley. The staff is friendly.

An average hotel, I remember something, I think not. The rooms are poorly cleaned. The food is acceptable. The child managed to get poisoned by pasta, pancake PASTA.... Moreover, there were several cases of poisoning in children. The hotel was positioned as a family hotel, but there was not even food for children (in other hotels there is a separate table with children's food) The animation program is boring, the guys are almost invisible (only in the evening on the show program).Daytime fun: water polo was played with a holey ball, darts, aerobics... There is a disco in the evening (disco of the 90s for an amateur), but the animators themselves fuck it up, and invite tourists to a paid disco in the city ($ 10 per person, but what they include is not in the know, with children it is not up to such trips). And then in the morning, hungover people want to walk around the hotel. Why do something yourself when you have something ready, and you can also drink at someone else's expense. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach, clean, quite comfortable, next to a bar where there are drinks and you can have a snack if you are too lazy to go for lunch, French fries, spaghetti, sausages, soy burgers from the menu. The pools are good, there are two water slides, they turn on twice a day for a couple of hours. There are also two paddling pools for children, one of them with a small slide. It is worth noting the reception, very responsive staff, solved our problems without any problems.

Otherwise, there are no complaints, not a large well-groomed area. A very small 2-bed hotel, reminiscent of the resort of the Krasnodar territory. The food will not fit in a variety, but you can always find something to eat.
