So this is the situation.... some bad person wrote a slur in the book of complaints about this store and left the address of my residence, where I am the sole legal owner, and the owner of the apartment, respectively. Of course, today in the mail I found a letter from this store with a response to the slur. But not in my name, of course. By the will of fate, I have never been to this store, although judging by the other stores of this brand, I really like them. I decided to figure it out and evaluate this store at the same time. I arrived there using the navigator. Upon entering the store, it was immediately clear that the store, although small, was very cozy and everything was in its place. The selection and assortment of goods are decent (at the same time, I bought the necessary products there). You just have to be some kind of offended citizen to write a slur on this store. I asked the store employee to call the director. Today is Sunday and imagine the store director on the spot. THE STORE DIRECTOR IS AT HIS WORKPLACE ON A DAY OFF!!! I was very surprised by this circumstance, but I didn't show it. We talked about the incident, and I showed my passport, showed them my name, and showed them this reply they had sent me, and that, accordingly, I had nothing to do with it. We have come to the conclusion that the person (a very bad person!) who hid his place of residence in this way and provided incorrect information (perhaps he also provided his full name incorrectly) is a coward and a scoundrel, to say the least. You can't be such a rotten person. And if you decide to open your mouth somewhere, then answer for your words to the end. Respect the store! A great store for its level. The girls I've seen are all pretty.... cute! Director - AGONY!!!

Because of the staff, I don't want to come sometimes. They're all sitting with dissatisfied faces, very young girls, and they may not even say hello in response, as if they were forcibly put there and it was my fault. And the store itself is not bad, the prices are pleasant and there have never been any questions about the quality of the goods.
