I asked the store employee to call the director. Today is Sunday and imagine the store director on the spot. THE STORE DIRECTOR IS AT HIS WORKPLACE ON A DAY OFF!!! I was very surprised by this circumstance, but I didn't show it. We talked about the incident, and I showed my passport, showed them my name, and showed them this reply they had sent me, and that, accordingly, I had nothing to do with it. We have come to the conclusion that the person (a very bad person!) who hid his place of residence in this way and provided incorrect information (perhaps he also provided his full name incorrectly) is a coward and a scoundrel, to say the least.
