It is very difficult to put even one star. The first impression of the store: the rudeness of the administrator. We went to the self-service cash desks (card payment, the queue for regular cash desks is huge, at a time when only one of 5 is occupied at the self-service cash desks (if I remember correctly) we went to the counter of the assistant of the self-service zone to buy tobacco, because without this assistant we cannot purchase it. There was no assistant on site and we waited for about 10 minutes, after which we decided to split up (there were two of us), one person stayed to wait for the assistant, and the second went to the checkout line. When the turn came, we clarified whether it was possible to purchase goods from the assistant, i.e. tobacco, and for what reason the assistant was not at the workplace and no one would replace him during his absence. The answer will be that the person is at lunch. (The question immediately arises, since a person is at lunch, why don't they put a substitution and don't take into account the fact that people also need to purchase 18+ goods in the self-service area, and none of the cashiers react to people.). After this answer, the cashier girl began punching the next customer's product, although if I clarified the question about the assistant and said that I wanted to purchase the product, it was clear that I was standing in line to purchase this product at least at the service desk. To which we made it clear more clearly that we would like to be served, and not served the client after us, without paying attention to us. The girl answered us in a rude way, saying: "You are not satisfied with self-service cash desks, now you are not satisfied with regular cash desks, and in general go to another store and buy everything you need there." In addition, the service was poor, to say the least, and during the service itself we were told many different phrases, for example, that we spoiled the mood of this girl by making our comments about the assistant and forcing us to actually perform high-quality service. This incident offended me, because we had never entered this store before and would like to be treated with respect by the staff. After paying for our product, we asked to invite the administrator. The girl's answer was: "I'm in front of you." Then we asked her, as the store administrator, for a book of complaints and suggestions. However, we were refused.
Perhaps I will take the advice of the cashier administrator who served me, and I will not return to this store anymore.
I hope the store management will find out about this situation and inform the administrator how to serve customers efficiently.
In this store there are big discounts, favorable prices, a large selection of goods. And what I like the most is the large number of self-service ticket offices, there are probably at least 10 of them. And convenient parking
God grant you good health, finally an adequate store has appeared in this area, and not just the North and East. The staff just needs to be trained a little, otherwise the look and tone of the local aunts always seem to wish for death.

A Penny in disguise. A bit of a discounter for the display of goods, but not much. There is a lot of it, of course. Prices are slightly lower for some products. You can come for purchases for big conversations.
There's always a queue. Very rude cashiers. There is never any change. I don't want to go there, although the retail network suits me. The staff would change, it would be better.
