The self-service cash registers are quite illogically executed in some points. But that's what technology is for. I am depressed by the staff involved in helping customers: they are arrogant, unfriendly, and it is easier to figure out what to do and where to click than to turn to an employee who shuffles his slippers and "comes" to your aid.

Perhaps the best of the Lighthouses in Grodno. It's amazing how different the stores of the same chain can be. Most of the shops of the Mayak chain, which I have visited, can only be called a barn. This is definitely not a barn.
