I have been familiar with the chain of these stores for a long time and it was good news when we opened a store next to the house. Now I shop at the Lighthouse. High-quality products, affordable (fair) prices, friendly sellers. 👍
For such a good store, it's unfair to put so little check-in, I suspect that Belmarket is freaking out, but they won't work) You can't fool the people, everyone runs to the Lighthouse right from the bus, there are always a lot of customers there and this is not for nothing. The assortment may be small, but everything you need is there. The products are fresh, because they are quickly sold out due to the pleasant prices. Even the bags were thought out so that there would be more fruits and vegetables, thanks for them separately. Only there are too many varieties of apples, it's easy to confuse at the checkout, maybe you don't need so many of them.
In general, the store is very clean, and the freshly picked sellers have not yet learned how to cheat and be rude, I hope that this will always be the case. I will be glad to see buckwheat flakes and soy meal in the cereals department, I constantly buy them (I guess not only me). And also, please put an urn next to the baskets at the entrance, people are throwing checks right on the floor.
We visited a new store on Ordy in Minsk in October. On the second day after the opening.
At first, they could not scan chicken necks at the checkout, then they "confused" them with chicken stomachs and so punched into the receipt. We pointed out the mistake to them. But then it turned out that there were no chicken necks in the database at all. One of the employees went to look in the refrigerator for the price of them. I told her to the cashier. It turned out that the necks cost more than 4 rubles, which is not true. It turned out that there were no price tags on the neck at all. And then the employee decided to name the price of stomachs instead of the price of necks. We did not wait for the end of this epic and asked for a settlement on the rest of the purchases. The staff carried out several manipulations to cancel the chicken stomachs already included in the receipt. From the outside, everything looked very plausible. The receipt was closed, we went to pack our purchases. But we decided to check the receipt anyway and found "canceled" stomachs in it. Have you apologized to us for this whole story? No. The employees generally had such an expression on their faces as if we were to blame for them.
The next day, my husband went shopping and chose chicken necks among the necessary goods. The story with them was repeated with minor changes. This time, another cashier tried to punch chicken stomachs instead of chicken necks, arguing that the prices are the same, which is a lie.
What conclusions can be drawn from these stories: be sure to check the receipts in this store and do not expect the employees to be customer-oriented, they are unfamiliar with it.
