The staff is often rude.
The girls at the distribution often leave for 2-3 minutes and there is no one at the distribution. People just stand and wait.
Some dishes are often imposed.
SMELLY TRAYS! I don't know what they wipe them with, but they stink so much that they discourage any desire to eat.
Dirty and sticky tables and cutlery.
Sometimes it happens that there is no food from the menu, even from the very opening.
If you remove these disadvantages, the dining room will receive 4 stars and will greatly improve the loyalty of visitors.
But if people go there anyway, then why change something? Apparently, this is how managers reason...

The interior of the dining room is modern, not colorful and underdone. This is a dining room, not a restaurant.
