Moika - the promotion has not been valid for more than a year, but it still hangs on the website, the screenshot was taken today - I'm attaching it. The discount was not provided "Because it was necessary to remind about it while knocking out the receipt." Unfortunately, I noticed that it wasn't pierced until I was at home.
When I called and asked how we were going to resolve this issue, someone was indignant about my insistence on a discount, which was unpleasant.

Since we recently bought a Mazda, we contacted the service about diagnostics, oil change and identification of possible machine malfunctions. I liked the attentive attitude, the waiting area while they are engaged in the car. They painted all the malfunctions for us, told us the time frame when it is desirable to do this as each one is urgent and important. We agreed on the repair, which was done in the agreed volume and in the best possible way. We will continue to service the car here. I recommend the service.
The service is good. I like. I serviced my car there more than once. Everything is fine on time, there were a couple of shortcomings at work, but they were satisfied with their guarantee. But it is not clear why it is written on the site: "I wash your car when passing the scheduled maintenance" if they have not done it once. But they gave me a washing machine).

The quality of the work is 60% positive, 40% negative. The website states that during the maintenance, the car wash was a gift, but the car was the same as I gave it.
The staff is good, knowledgeable, but when making an appointment, they asked me if it was my first time, to which I replied yes. But they forgot to take into account the discount on the first visit when invoicing. Thank you for counting it at a discount!
The waiting time is 2-2.5 hours, as they said.
Spare parts - they called 1-1.5 hours after the car was accepted and said that they needed to change the brake pads, I agreed. But I didn't see the old ones, but I would like to.
P.S. About the first visit, I want everything to be at a high level, so that I would like to return.
I'm not looking for super discounts and a free car wash. There is an A-100 nearby where you can wash your car, but if they say that certain things will be done, I would like to see this as a result.

Having clarified the cost, I agreed (the cost of freon was announced for 1kg-120p, diagnostics-35p).As a result, I paid 124p (freon came out 0.57 kg at a price of 149.52-already more expensive).Satisfied and happy in the heat with conder, I left. My happiness did not last long. On the trail. There was no freon on the day. After signing up for the service, I arrived again. It turned out that the tube couldn't stand it. Question: how was the first time diagnosed?!? Having announced the next amount of repair and refueling, and it turned out (140r-s / h, 40r- work + freon, total up to about 300), I agreed to repair. Arriving at the appointed time, I waited 2.5 hours, it turned out that I still had to cook some kind of pipe. They don't do it on the spot, they carry it. She left, arrived at the appointed time. It was done in about an hour. But... The total amount turned out to be 396p. Having paid part of it in cash and the second part with a card, the payment was like the second time, I went out. It's good that I noticed right away, an alert came that the funds were debited twice. No one has returned the money to me. I had to write an application to the bank. And now wait 15 days for them to figure it out. The result: the person is told the understated cost of the work. So even after arriving there, you can stay completely without money. It's very unpleasant. I'm not going back there anymore.
