When contacting support, the login to the application was restored, but all accounts were closed and not displayed. I was informed that they had been archived. I can't get money from them. To resolve the issue, you need to personally visit a bank in Kyrgyzstan. That is, you need to fly from Moscow to Bishkek. In short, I do not recommend this bank, the money is gone at the moment, the card is dead. Support can't do anything. I consider this behavior of the bank as fraud. Block all accounts without warning, under the pretext that I don't use them anyway…
