The hotel consists of two buildings, a large green area, a private beach, clean pools, a water park, animation, polite staff, a bar open from 10:00 to night, a snack bar from 12:00 to 16:00, local alcohol, for an amateur. The cuisine is diverse: meat, fish, lots of greens and vegetables, a large selection of cheeses, olives and olives, in general, you will not be hungry. The condition of the rooms is 4, partial repairs and replacement of plumbing are required. The sea is always with waves! But it is very warm. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, but you can buy it for a different number of days. It's good for the budget five! A great place to relax with children.

It's just a great place. The beach is beautiful, especially at the bulls. The food is delicious and especially a large selection of desserts, cheeses and vegetables. The beach bar is just wow)) there are slides and 7 pools, activities for children in the evenings and yoga, Pilates, etc. in the mornings. Daily celebrations and contests for hotel guests!

I rested in this hotel for the second time, the first in 2022 and in September 2025, 3 slides were built near the beach in 3 years and 2 were moved there from the basik. There are no more changes! There are several advantages! It is a large green area, the sea is very close and the hotel has a shopping center, shops and a mosque. Otherwise, the owner of this Hotel does not want to invest in development at all! The rooms are all fucked up, cockroaches are running around, the scum is all worn out into trash, and there is trouble with cleaning in bars and the dining room in general! The food is normal and, frankly, there is a lot of it! Efess beer is excellent, they pour it as much as you want, there is a local drunk in bars until 2 am, but to put it mildly, it does not taste so good! It is better to take it with you in Dutik. But not a little important fact in all this, these are our tourists! If you have come to rest, don't be savages! Please don't be a pig, respect the place where you live, even if it's for 1 week! I've been traveling for many years and I can't get used to the fact that our tourists eat like they're not themselves, they occupy sun beds in all places where they can, and very often they don't even come to these places, they scatter glasses and cigarette butts! Tourists wrote a lot of negative reviews about the hotel in July-August of this year. It was scary to go. Perhaps because these months are the most popular. At the end of September, the picture was completely different. There were no mosquitoes, flies and other unpleasant animals. Chickens and roosters didn't bother me personally). The food - well, yes, it was ordinary, not always everything was delicious, but sometimes they cooked very tasty dishes. The hotel grounds are clean, and so are the pools. The beach is long and wide. It was not stormy during my vacation, but vacationers said that during the previous week it was impossible to go to the sea, it is of course very insulting to come to the sea and never swim. The only thing that I personally really missed was a gentrified promenade along the sea (like in Side).
The staff is quite friendly, not intrusive. The room was cleaned, but without fanaticism.
To sum up, at the height of the season this is not the most attractive hotel, at other times everything is very decent (price = quality).

While we were looking around, going to the sea, we were robbed. A watch, money and headphones were stolen from a backpack. We were late for breakfast, but I decided to take coffee from the vending machine and taking a glass in my hands, I just got rid of its "purity"....
As a result, with a scandal (I'll skip the details), we were checked into the room.

We stayed at this hotel 5 times, our friends tell us you are crazy, there are more than a thousand hotels in Turkey, and you go to one. The hotel is on the first line, there is a restaurant on the beach, where there are not only drinks, but also a buffet from 11-30 to 17 o'clock, and ice cream from 16-30. Every year they learn and get better, and the service and food, this year they enjoyed a variety of meat, especially lamb in the form of shawarma and ribs, stewed and chopped, and red fish, good quality wine and red and white, fruits vegetables chicken in different types and the rest as always It's delicious. The sea is already 25 degrees in May. And this year there is a cool team of massage therapists from Indonesia in the hammam, a short girl is very friendly with good energy, technique and surprisingly strong hands. There are disadvantages in the room stock, but the new building is wonderful, each room has a sea view. We always choose a large room with a sea view, and sleep to the sound of the waves. I liked the hotel, a large well-groomed territory. The room was in an old building, not bad rooms for the not picky, cleaning was done every day, towels were also changed every day, the mini-bar was replenished with drinks every other time, water every day. The food in the main restaurant is certainly meager and monotonous, but you definitely won't stay hungry. We went with 2 children of 4 and 6 years old, you can say the same thing for them, you can't really choose, but we were never hungry. The only disadvantage is if you could still find a place for yourself at breakfast, then there are huge queues for dinner, there are no free tables. On the territory of the hotel there is a water park with slides for adults and for children, which is a very big plus, if there is a storm, then there is somewhere to go. The beach is big, but again there is a minus: there are not enough umbrellas for everyone, you need to take a place at 6 in the morning. The approach is quite gentle, sandy and pebbly, comfortable barefoot. The beach is located right on the territory of the hotel, there is no need to go anywhere, I left the building and I can say already on the beach. There is a market and a lot of shopping centers within walking distance from the hotel.

Claims only to the beach, or rather, to its cleanliness, but this is more to people who smoke and throw bulls in the sand or do not clean up after themselves. The staff tries to keep it clean, it doesn't always work out. The beach itself is large, the entrance to the water is small pebbles.
