Food ends around 8pm. The food quality varies from day by day. The staff mess up orders very often. Very disappointing.

Very tasty and atmospheric. A cozy restaurant. The menu is large and I want to try everything. The food is very tasty, and most importantly, the service is good, the friendly staff was pleased. I'd love to visit the place again!

Unfortunately, my experience with MC DONER has been extremely disappointing. At first, I was attracted by the bright advertisements and the promise of delicious food, but the reality turned out to be completely different.
Firstly, the service left much to be desired. It took forever to wait for the order, and when I finally went to receive my order, it wasn't even at the pick-up point and it wasn't on the orders screen either. He was taken by a completely different person. When I finally picked it up, it looked like it had been hastily assembled – the pita bread was raw, and the filling was disintegrating before my eyes. In some places, the pita bread was already soaked in so much juice that it was already disintegrating. And it was COLD!
We asked him to warm it up (we waited another 3-4 minutes), but it was still unclear how he was heated there.. it was cold inside anyway.
Secondly, the taste was just terrible. The meat was overdried, and the sauce, which was supposed to add spice, was not felt at all. The portion was also clearly not the 700 grams promised
, and for that kind of money I expected much more!
Third, We took:
- Mega Chicken Doner (≈16.20r);
- and an addition to doners - Cheese (2p);
When We started eating cheese, we didn't notice.
I won't say anything about the place where We sat down.…
In my opinion, MC DONER is not the best place for a snack. It's better to spend the money on something more worthwhile!

On 11/25/2024, I decided to go to this place to try a burger and pita bread. However, after making the order, I discovered that the burger bun was simply burned, the pita bread was also overcooked ... there is almost no meat in the pita itself, only vegetables. I had a good opinion of this institution, but today's trip there forced me to change it. There are not so many orders, I have been waiting for a very long time, how the employees of the institution treat their duties can only think.

You never know what kind of shawarma you'll get this time – it depends a lot on the shift, apparently. This time it was slightly twisted, the sauce was somewhat watery, and for some reason there were onions in the shawarma, which should not be there.
P.S. The onion was white, and cabbage usually tastes like cabbage, you don't have to take people for fools. And you don't need to be impertinent, it's better to eliminate your shoals.

Terrible shawarma, or rather durum, as it is called here.
To begin with, I ordered a mushroom salad, which contains pickled cucumbers, and they gave me fresh cucumbers, and they were all at the bottom.
Lavash is terrible, you just start eating shawarma and it spreads all over, so that this does not happen, you need to strengthen the center with another piece of lavash.
Durum itself, one solid sauce, and only a little meat.
In general, I definitely don't set foot here anymore, and I don't recommend coming here to anyone)

The donor box was not assembled qualitatively, a year ago everything was great, now they recruited young people who do not know how to cook, there was almost one salad in the collection of boxing, a little meat and part of the meat was hard, as it was outdated.
The second box was on the contrary, there was more meat, there was practically no salad, most of the fresh cucumber was put in the salad.
They asked for two sauces, and in the end there was one.
As they say, if you don't want to work, don't work!

Disgusting, we ordered 2 shawarma with my wife ... my wife just got all the pita bread soaked and the whole shawarma fell apart (ate right away), I ordered myself without cabbage and with the addition of ketchup, cucumbers and French fries. As a result, tomatoes (included in the base) and ketchup are missing.... And this is while waiting for 20 minutes, although we had 3 orders of 1-2 shawarma in front of us.... In Minsk, 20 orders are made in such a time…I wanted to put 1 star, but the second one was for the fact that after the claim, both were redone in 5-7 minutes.

I went to have a snack with a friend on 06/13/2024... The place is dirty and not cleaned, the seats are shabby and dirty. We ordered 2 Doners for 7, Waiting 5 minutes. Everything is leaking and falling apart, and they didn't give me any napkins. Half of it was without meat at all, and in the center there was just a huge piece and then there was no meat again. After such a snack, I also felt sick. The only advantage of this establishment is the kind and good staff.

Everything is served cold all the time. In addition, there is almost nowhere to sit normally: the tables are all wobbly, the seats are so shabby that holes will soon appear through. I absolutely do not recommend this place, it looks like a shabby eatery just.
