If you do not know Georgian or English, prepare for the fact that you will not be served here. We arrived in the morning after a long journey. We were thinking of having breakfast. At first, the staff, hearing that we speak Russian, collectively turned on the fool for a long time. When, after 10 minutes of waiting at the order counter, I saw a passing manager. When trying to make an order somehow, I was carefully sent to the terminal, which, by the way, works in Georgian. At the same time, when contacting the staff, no one has made any attempts to invite at least someone who is able to accept the order. "Mine is yours not to understand." With a sin in half, we made an order through the terminal. And we waited for him for 25 minutes. In short, there was a clear understanding that Russian speakers in this institution are not welcome.
If I had read the reviews earlier, we would not have come here. I've always thought that McDonald's has a quick service concept. But apparently not in this restaurant. The burgers were ready, and the coffee took a long time to cook. As a result, the burgers and potatoes got cold. They asked for a change, but it feels like the same burgers were brought. I don't know if this is related to the fact that we speak Russian. The order was asked to be made in English. And the change was given incorrectly, they calculated it by 3 GEL, well, my husband looked at the change carefully. I do not recommend this place. It is better to spend the money in another restaurant.
