We were buying a costume for an important event. the sales consultant has repeatedly convinced that the costume is adjusted to the parameters at the expense of the store (which was a key criterion for us in choosing this store) As a result, they paid for everything themselves. To our indignation about this, we heard the answer "we have never done this" (???). Not to mention the overall impression of the service and staff, for whom the concepts of "personal boundaries" and "sense of tact" are completely absent. It's a pity that we didn't read the reviews before we went.
