The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are normal, the rooms on the second floor are just terrible: the closet doors fall out, the bathroom sink is cracked, the room is damp. You can still spend the night on the upper floors, but even the garbage is not taken out of the room every day, it is also not cleaned every day.

We were here from September 22 to September 30. The room is an apartment with 2 bathrooms.
The rooms are clean, they will be cleaned every day. Water is given without problems. There are no complaints about the number. 2 TVs (never watched, but it seems to work)
The location pleases 200 meters to the metro. Nearby cafes for every taste and purse. There are many supermarkets with normal prices in the vicinity.
The service and staff correspond to the star.

The hotel is elderly, the renovation has not been a suite for a long time, but everything worked in the room. The rooftop pool is clean. The breakfasts are ordinary, they didn't die of hunger. For your money, the hotel is super - 3 minutes from the metro station, near the huge Mall of the Emirates, many restaurants and an excellent supermarket. If this is a matter of principle for anyone, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, but not every day.

We booked 4 beds, provided 3, and then one on a cot. The three of them huddled on the same bed, fortunately they knocked out a double bed. The food is monotonous, it's far to the sea and the shuttle went at a specific time. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but smoking is allowed there, which creates discomfort when being with a child. Upon departure, they clarified whether it would be possible to have lunch, to which they received a positive response, and in fact, when they came, they said that it was only for an additional fee. It is very damp in the rooms, there is nowhere to dry the laundry, even dry clothes get damp during this time, and in the room itself, over time, an unpleasant squeak appeared when the light was turned on. The rooms smell of mold, there is mold in the closet. 4 people were settled in a 2-bed room, they asked for a cot for three days. On the fourth day, they gave it when they demanded it. The eternal problem with towels. There are 4 people in the room, and they give 1 face towel and 3 large towels. They do not give a towel or water for a child at all. Beach towels are not provided at all. One of the advantages is delicious food, especially at lunch.

We lost half a day to fix the breakdown of the safe (as a result, it was replaced), the room was heavily smoked (after 2 days we were moved to another room), the bus to the sea was city (and not hotel, went 2 times a day, in the last 2 days we could not even get there, t K. was overwhelmed). The apogee of our vacation is breakfast before departure, because we left early, we asked to collect it - as a result, no one remembered about it at all. The bus has already arrived and the canteen workers were forced to put yesterday's hard rolls and a rotten apple for us! Yes, the hotel was from a cheap segment, it is very far from the center, but honesty in the stars should be present! The only plus was the food, which corresponded to a solid 4.

We flew to Dubai in mid-March. This hotel was chosen based on location and reviews. There is a very strong nutmeg aroma at the reception. We arrived early and said check-in from 14.00, although it is clear that the hotel is not loaded and at the same time they took the voucher and passports that you can't go anywhere without them. We stayed until 14.00 and began to check us out earlier, they do not give us a room, so you can not take an early flight. The room is large, in principle, there are no complaints. We cleaned every day, changed the towel, put bottles of water, but in 1 week the bed was never changed. They took it from the balcony, but they did not see the point because there is no place on the balcony where to hang a towel to dry. The food is completely not varied, but we are not picky, so we were not bothered by it and did not go hungry. There are many elevators and toilets in the hotel itself. You can change money to buy souvenirs right in it. Very convenient location near the metro and bus station. We used it all the time and were able to see everything everywhere. There are many shops, pharmacies and mini outlets near the hotel. There are no scales in the hotel, so they could not weigh the suitcases.

Why the hotel has 4 stars is a big question. The furniture is old, the rooms and the building are damp and cold. All the clothes are damp. At breakfast, the appearance of a large selection, in fact there is nothing to eat, all the food is specific, we lived on omelets all week. There is a free transfer to the sea, but it is most inconvenient in time.

Disgusting hotel!!! Everything is terrible!!!!
1. The rooms are shabby, old, some stink of whitewash... Things in the rooms do not dry, refrigerators are buzzing in all rooms!!!
2. Breakfast / dinner - if you managed to run to the beginning - you can eat something, and so - there is nothing to eat at 21 o'clock (!!!), although dinner is until 22:30!!!! Even stupidly there is no coffee in the bags, the waiter generally said that coffee is not included in the dinner! Seriously?! Is the boiling water over?
3. There is NO transfer to the beach!!! The hotel has a "transfer schedule", and in fact - a bus from another hotel passes this one, stops and the driver says "There are no seats", closes the door and leaves - everyone turns around and stomps to the subway!!!
The only plus is the metro is 100 meters away.
Take away the Horror, THE SHAME OF Dubai!!! And most importantly - no one is trying to smooth out the inconvenience, there is no service!!!

We came to Dubai for three days for work from 03 to 06 March 2023. We took a tour, as there was no physical time to search for a hotel, as we were in Tae. Trusted the tour operator . The transfer took us to the MD hotel. The lobby was quite pleasant. The room was booked for three. As a result, going into the room, we saw one king-size bed. We went down to the reception, the only thing they offered us was to bring a cot. When the concierge brought the cot, we were mildly shocked) something was falling out of the mattress, the pillow looked like it was a pillow for a cat with yellow spots. According to the number, all the tables were shabby, the refrigerator did not fulfill its function, the ice cream turned into a souffle. The bathroom feels like the cows were washed all in black spots and the lighting was constantly flickering, if you wash in the club. They probably never cleaned in three days (since all the feathers on the carpet from the cot were still on the carpet, and there are a lot of them there), they changed the towel only once. Thank all the gods that we came for work and in the room, just spent the night. All my friends who live in Dubai said that this is an industrial area and the most rural, as there are mainly Hindus, Arabs who serve the nearest Emirates Mall. I personally went to breakfast once, the breakfast is not bad. The first time in Dubai and the impression was terrible precisely because of the hotel. Dubai itself is super, the people are excellent infrastructure, but this hotel is terrible, the staff itself is indifferent -boorish!
They ignore all requests., God forbid you drink too much (juice)-they want money! About the food itself , it 's a canteen and so on in everything !
The only positive thing about this hotel is a young man from Kazakhstan at the counter who is settled by a girl after his shift and a suitcase seller, etc!

I didn't stay at the hotel itself.I can't say anything about the numbers.The hall is very big and beautiful.We looked in on friends, sat only in a cafe on the roof, there was a good hookah and delicious cocktails.Cozy, not a big oriental room. Convenient underground Parking, and by the way, the metro and shops are within walking distance and it's very convenient.

The hotel is shabby, economy-economy. There is no repair, everything is old. We ordered a room for three, it turned out that they all have 2-bed rooms! They differ in a couple of meters, where the extra-bad is placed. And the third adult should sleep on a cot for the whole vacation.The rooms are not prepared for arrival at all. No towels, no water, no slippers, nothing for 3x.The faucet is leaking, the shower is leaking, the linen is stained, the mattress is dirty. We have to knock out everything ourselves. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day, no fruit, no greens. It's good that we didn't pay for the dinners, the same assortment, and what's left of the breakfasts. And as drinks for dinner, the water is cold! No tea, no coffee. On the second day of their stay, they found a bed bug (or bed bug) on the bed!!!!!!! Be careful!!!! Our room was changed, and I had to fight a battle for damages and compensation. Horror, how much we travel, this is the first time!!!! Shame on you. From cleaning the rooms-changing towels, and shaking out the garbage, nothing more. And every time they forgot that there were three of us!!!!! Not two. Only there are no complaints about the pools on the roof, they are clean and towels are given out. What 4 stars?!!!! 2 and then with tension. I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all!!!!! Due to the early departure, lunch boxes were ordered by a certain time. Naturally, they weren't ready. In this hotel, apparently there is no relationship between the services at all. Issued after waiting, and what?! A couple of puffs, an orange and an apple. No eggs, no cheese, and these eggs were cooked immeasurably for breakfast. Just a nightmare.
