I applied to the laboratory in Rovenka. When taking blood, she immediately warned that the blood might clot. Other laboratories take note of this and take some measures. In this laboratory, they said, "what are we going to do?". And so it turned out. I came to pick up the result, but they tell me I need to retake it. Not only was the blood taken from the vein to the hand, but also to retake it again? There are not competent doctors working in this laboratory. I do not recommend it.

No responsibility whatsoever. Business is nothing personal! Passed the analysis: tank. sowing for microflora + sensitivity to AB. The fence was made by a laboratory employee, the analysis itself is generally carried out in Donetsk by another laboratory after 1 day (only 7 days). The result is "nothing found", with the obvious presence of infection. I turned to the head of the LDL, they did a simple analysis for FREE - "some kind of" infection was confirmed. During the proceedings, the arrows just started to turn on each other... which led to nothing (no one is to blame, "that's all our powers"). As a result: 2 weeks of wasted time and no compensation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU CONTACT THIS LABORATORY!

And moreover, it is only from her that such a negative thing happens, I am a regular customer of this laboratory and I have only positive feedback to all the staff. Very convenient location and work schedule and service and speed of registration are all excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But it is this employee who is different from all the very rude ones who kicked me out of the office so that the child himself would stay with her in the office that he is already an adult, yes he is 14 years old, but I have no right to be near my child!!!!!!!!!! and this is not the first time, I try not to donate blood from her, but today it so happened that she came out herself and rudely called CHE not to come in. In general, it is recommended for the ADMINISTRATION of this laboratory to work with this employee in order to avoid further conflicts with people!!!!!!!!!! Take disciplinary action against L.A. Pomich.
