Prices are high, the quality is excellent, the sofa is as good as new for half a year of use. I want to express a separate plus to the staff... I couldn't decide for a long time, the girls were attentive, they helped me choose taking into account all my wishes. Will I come back here again? 100% yes. And I will recommend it to all my friends.

We live in Rechitsa, Gomel region. The address of our KMK branch is 29A Svetlogorskoe shosse Street.
At the beginning of the winter of the 24th, we purchased a kitchen. Initially, they forgot to give us an assembly project, which already smacked of unprofessionalism. Fortunately, it wasn't a difficult task for me to assemble the kitchen and I managed it without a project.
Then, on the bottom wall of one of the modules, I found a long chip disguised with wax chalk. But I won't blame anyone here either, because the client is an idiot, he's unlikely to notice.
But after assembling the countertop for the bar, I just fell out - the inner corner side adjacent to the kitchen turned out to be white (that is, it was the usual back side of the countertop) and there was a long scratch at the top. To their credit, they tried to erase this scratch and turned part of the matte surface into a glossy one, which hit the eye no worse than a mirror.
Somehow we agreed to replace the countertop by marriage, and we received the simplest response to the claim about the white edge from the saleswoman of the meat processing plant, oh...mebelkombinata - "This is how it should be. Didn't you know? But just for you, when replacing by marriage, I will ask you to make a veneer in the color of the kitchen."

Yes, by the way, we had to bring the old and take away the new panel on our own and at our own expense!
The adventures don't end there. The countertop was changed for a month. A MONTH!
During this time, we never called or demanded to speed up the process, because at KMK you are a guest, not a long-awaited customer. When the countertop arrived, the cashier (there's no other name for it, sorry) reproached us for taking it away for a long time and, together with her colleague, savorily applied the new countertop to the tiled floor while unpacking for inspection. It was just honey for the eyes. As a result, there is a new chip and a scratch on the edge. At that moment, I was so nostalgic that I realized I was in a market stall in the 2000s, where two women were casually tossing stacks of Turkish jeans.
I took the damn countertop and left at dawn. Tired, but with a smile on my face, from the knowledge that I will no longer have to return to this poorhouse.
For us,
KMK is now not a company that respects itself and the client, but a complete charade that tries to make the most money for a minimum of work. And this work does not meet any requirements for the quality of products and the competence of their staff.
I will carve this review in stone on any furniture review site I find.
