We bought a sofa in installments, a contract was drawn up. When drawing up the contract, I asked the seller that if the sofa was not ready within 30 days, then what obligations the company had, to which I received the answer: "How long have I been working here, we have never had this." As a result, the readiness of the sofa was delayed, no one even called or warned after 30 days. The sofa came in assembled condition (again, the contract does not specify anywhere in what condition the sofa is delivered). They deliver it to the entrance, assembled - then do what you want and how you want. I had to disassemble and lift the sofa directly near the entrance. They put it on themselves. Initially, the company undertook to figure out why the order was delayed and why no one warned, in the end - "This is the first time in 4 years that we will do" and send a person who would check the installation of the sofa, and then: "Well, you check it yourself." The result: a stupid contract, terrible service, complete irresponsibility of all. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the company, I do not advise you to contact.
This store is probably not for ordinary people, there for marginal prices, in installments, it is simply not possible for an ordinary person under their conditions not to buy anything
