Because of the cheap rental of the premises. The prices are correspondingly good for upholstered furniture. And the manufacturing is the same as in any furniture center.

If someone misses the legacy of the 2000s, then here you are. I advise everyone else to look for furniture in other places! Sellers are sociable, adequate. But time does not stand still.

A large, diverse market. You can buy good products at not the lowest price. Often sooo not low. The bulk containers were moved far away. There is no desire to go there... and so...
