The staff is competent, the approach to each client. A separate plus for the staff for their patience and "meticulous" approach to the whims of the client. The choice is limited, the saturation is modest. But there is something to choose from, there is equipment for all needs. From the iron to the refrigerator. The delivery is delayed. We ordered home delivery twice, twice the deadline was delayed by 2 and 3 days, respectively, and without any coordination and feedback. You just sit and think, "where is your purchase, why did you take time off from work and wait?". I liked the terms of the "service plus". If you have never used warranty service during the warranty period, then the amount of the guarantee falls in bonuses, for which something can be purchased again. Thanks to this promotion, I recently became the owner of luxury speakers after buying a refrigerator 2 years ago.
