A wonderful place to relax, especially with children! Fenced territory, a beautiful courtyard where children can safely play and adults can relax) We are resting here for the second time, there is something to compare, because we rested in New Athos and decided to return back to the "Dream". We plan to return here next year, because new houses were built on the territory this year, we saw and fell in love) I want to say a special thank you to the hosts! Very nice and hospitable people)

Great place!We had a rest for the second time and liked everything very much.excellent location, the sea is within walking distance, there are many shops and cafes nearby.We lived in a room on the second floor.The room is cozy, we slept very soundly, comfortable beds, a nice and clean room, freshly renovated.The hosts are hospitable and pleasant people.The cozy green courtyard is a special delight.We hope to return to this place again!

A great place for a relaxing, family vacation! 2 years ago we lived in another place, but we ate only here. This year we lived here. The guests are mostly old-timers, and if someone is for the first time, it is definitely on the recommendation.
The rooms are clean. There is everything you need. Houses appeared this year. There is a very tasty homemade food in the dining room. And in principle, there is a certain atmosphere in the holiday home. All the guests are friendly. Just like the owners of this house.
We have only the warmest memories.

A great place to relax. We have been resting since 2015. The hosts are friendly. You can book excursions from the owners of the house, they will take you to any place you want.We had a rest in 2024, everything is super, the rooms are clean, new houses were built for living, the yard is beautifully landscaped, children played all day in the yard. I recommend it for a vacation by the sea.

The name of the guest house lived up to our expectation, the house is really a dream. If you are going to travel to Abkhazia, I recommend staying in this guest house. Here you will be greeted by the warm and hospitable Suren, Karina, Stela and Yervant. ✨✨✨
There is a dining room on the territory , where you will be fed hearty , and most importantly very tasty . Well, not only will they feed you, the owners of the house themselves make homemade wines, chacha, limoncello and much more . ☺️
The house is also located close to the sea in just 5 minutes. 🏖
And plus, you can also arrange excursions here ( the price is very pleasant ) . They will take you , stop you in interesting places , tell you , show you , bring you . 🚙
In general , as your heart desires .
Come and you won't regret it)
P.s. I am very used to everyone and it is difficult for me to leave such people and such a place. Thank you for such a rest and emotions🌷I hope we will come again.

We had a vacation in 2024 in August for four weeks with a family and children. We were satisfied. There are all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. Very hospitable hosts. Beautiful view of the mountains. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby, if you are too lazy to cook, the dining room is nearby. The sea is close, a five-minute walk away. I recommend.

We have been vacationing in this guest house since 2015. Everything is great. Great rooms, super kitchen . Suren, Karina, and Yervant are always hospitable hosts.
I recommend this guest house.

This is not the first time we come here because it is a wonderful place with friendly hosts.Clean, well-maintained rooms.Children have a lot of fun because there is a Playground on the territory.The sea is a three-minute walk away.Interesting excursions can be booked.We will definitely come back here in the future.

We lived in a modest small room, but there was a problem with the hood, it constantly smelled musty and humid. I had to constantly turn on the air conditioner and plug the hood
Otherwise, I liked everything, everything I needed in the room was there, the guest kitchen was decent, there were enough refrigerators. The owners are good-natured, humorous, pleasant people

A disgusting place, we stopped by for two days with my wife and a small child, on the evening of the first day of Siberia, my mother came to us, at 9 p.m. everyone went to prepare their son for bed, mom and dad wanted to get together with their grandson, (they did not rent a hotel because they travel and sleep in a minibus), about an hour later in the owner of the hotel knocked on the room and started swearing that everyone was sitting in the room and eating, said that after 5 minutes there was no mom and dad in the room, I went downstairs to pay for 2 nights and talk, I heard a lot of negativity, deceit and slander from both the owner of the hotel and his daughter. The owners are arrogant and deceitful people, greedy for money, I caught them several times on their false words. We spent 1 night, in the morning I went to demand a refund for the next night to leave, I did not return the money with the formula "I do not rent for a day". But we packed up and left anyway, because we don't need such a vacation.
A few words about the number: an old mattress with sagging springs, it is not comfortable to sleep, bed linen and tents are old, worn with ingrained stains, there is a sharp unpleasant smell in the toilet with a shower.
I do not recommend living in this place.
