ON THE POSITIVE side: In my opinion, a knowledgeable and competent young man who is well versed in technology. The first impression about him may be ambiguous, but after talking, you realize that he is ready to maintain a dialogue and help with the choice, especially when it comes to laptops. He understands hardware, so you can safely contact him for advice.
Unlike many sellers, who often impose expensive or low-quality equipment, Ramadan offers adequate options and takes into account the wishes of the client. Provided that I knew why I was going, he suggested an alternative option that would be useful for another client.
If you are looking for an honest and competent consultant, Ramadan is the person who will help you find a decent technique without unnecessary overpayments. ON A NEGATIVE note, by the way, the stooges from the Dream store's hotline, bolshoy salamalaikum, don't want to work at all. Or they don't know how to deal with such situations at all.
I needed the laptop that was left in the store to appear on Caspi for the installment plan. I went up to the store manager, she clarified the question, spread her hands and said: "Call the hotline." I called there, explained the situation, and in response I heard: "You need to contact the store." It's funny, but I've already been to the store and explained it to them. Then they put me on pause for 2 minutes to clarify what to do. in any incomprehensible or inconvenient situation, call center operators use a code word: "I'm not me, the hut is not mine, go to the store, ask there."
