3rd floor, 86 sq.m. They rented a room with bedbugs and refused to compensate for one doctor's appointment. We did not even ask for a refund for 2 days of accommodation, not to mention the costs of an urgent search for a new home, upcoming treatment, repeat admission and possible complications. A person is forced to take a hormonal drug. I didn't want any conflict, let it remain on the conscience of landlord Kuandykov Zhanargul. There is an official document from the doctor, but it turned out not to be an argument. I attach photos of this apartment and others that were offered, I do not advise anyone. P.S. The room will not be disinfected.
The rooms are cozy. 1 room 10 thousand 2 rooms 18 thousand per day. The staff is great. Speaks many languages. There is a national cuisine and a grocery store nearby.
A very small one-room room, the absence of a separate kitchen (i.e. the room itself and there is also a cooking and eating area, a sink), the absence of a standard gas or electric stove (only a small portable stove was provided). In the shower room, they just won't turn around: you can't approach the washbasin because a toilet is installed end-to-end (15-20 cm), you can't sit on the toilet as it should be, because your feet rest against the walls of the shower stall (you had to sit on the toilet so to speak diagonally). And there is also a washing machine in the same place.
For the second time we rent studios here for daily rent, inexpensive, clean, neat, there is everything you need, not a luxury of course, but for your money adequately)
The area is not very clean. After the rainy weather, the sidewalk was covered in mud, it was impossible to walk. The entrance is also not very clean, most likely due to the large number of people. To make the hot water hot and not barely warm, you need to drain it for an hour.
The residential complex was built for visiting students or the like. I would call this building a dormitory.
Be prepared to hear someone moaning behind the wall.
90% of the apartments are rented daily.
Practically a dorm, mostly rented apartments, terrible corridors, cables hanging everywhere, dirty walls, in general, old "panels" are better than such modern housing
