The city center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Free parking if you are traveling by car. Bathroom accessories are provided. Do not book a room on the 2nd floor the view is not clear

Probably the best hotel in the city. The hotel has a magnificent restaurant with a large hall and an elegant kitchen. In summer, there is a cozy cafe on the street, in the courtyard.

The hotel is great, it's not the first time I've stayed! Clean and cozy, daily cleaning, helpful and courteous staff! Excellent breakfasts.

In the morning, at breakfast, I asked for coffee with me. To which the waiter offered to make it for a fee. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. This is despite the fact that I have been staying at this hotel every month for the past three years. Do you guys feel sorry for the coffee??? Do you want to earn more per thousand tenge per client??? Turn around to face the customers, and you will have more of them, I'm sure. Yes, and thanks for the spoiled mood and a terrible start to the day))

We came to dinner with my husband in the early evening. The table turned out to be next to a tipsy and very noisy company. The request to transfer us was refused, although the flight deck was practically empty, and inside the building, I think, there was no one at all. I had to leave, although I like the kitchen. In terms of loyalty to guests, the institution does not reach the stated level
