A visit to the hotel restaurant left much to be desired in terms of service: serving dishes took a considerable time, and the mushrooms brought were not fully cooked and remained cold. It will be great if the hotel management takes measures to optimize the operation of the kitchen and service in the restaurant in order to avoid such shortcomings in the future and make the stay of guests even more pleasant.

I don't know if all the rooms are the same or not, but there is such a feature: a full refrigerator of all sorts of stuff, but this is not included in the room payment, only two bottles of water are included. To clarify, I had to call the administrator. It's good that we found out right away, otherwise we would have to pay for the eviction. It would have been an unpleasant surprise. Wish to the hotel: put the information about the paid refrigerator bar on the table🙂 Also: take a toothpaste with you, only a brush is provided. About the ironing board and iron: hug and cry😆The iron is leaking, the board is older than me🤣🤣🤣The breakfasts are normal, ordinary, without frills, but you can eat tightly. Advice to pastry chefs: learn how to make delicious cheesecakes, it does not pull up to the level of a hotel restaurant. Pilaf is also not pilaf: rice with meat, I also cook at home. I put 5⭐ because I had good impressions! Clean, cozy, everything is fine!The rest is the little things of life! I wish you prosperity, and many, many guests!

We travel a lot, use the services of various hotels several times a year.
But, such a thing that we had to face in this hotel - we have never met anywhere ...

Everything was fine until at 6 a.m. the neighbors were settled, who restlessly came in and talked in a voice. The sound insulation in the SUITES was very disappointing!.

Among the shortcomings or shortcomings, I consider it impossible to pay for half a day. We stopped by at 00.10, but the payment is per day. We left at 12.00.

Мне понравилось локация, чисто, большие номера, отличное обслуживание, гели и шампуни но должном уровне в полулюксе, даже тапочки одноразовые качественные брендированные. Завтраки норма, но однотипные. Однозначно считаю лучшим отелем в Костанае.

Хороший вариант для Костаная. Есть банкетный залы, где можно организовать встречи с клиентами или сотрудниками. Хорошие просторные номера с чистым бельем. Тёплые, что важно для этого города. Завтрак - четвёрка, т.к. столкнулся с тем, что вовремя не восполняют популярные блюда и соусы (сметана). И, очень раздражает, выезд - заставляют ждать, пока горничная "проверит" номер))) полотенца у них пропадают, наверное))) Обратил внимание, что это характерно именно для регионов

Чистый, приятный отель. Завтрак включён. В номере есть все необходимое и даже немного больше. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Но больше всего поразил размер ванны в номере люкс, прямо мини бассейн.

Medeu is located in the golden square of the old center. Very convenient location. The rooms are clean, odorless. There is a kettle in the room, and 4 (0.5) bottles of water.
Breakfast is sadness, longing. The coffee machine is always not working. There is literally no food. Porridge/eggs would be better served in portions.
There are coffee shops nearby, you can go there right away for breakfast. My flow is a personal recommendation.
