Nice 5-star hotel. The service is good, the food is varied and delicious, we can say one of the big advantages of the hotel. A solid five does not pull in comparison with the more prestigious 4ka hotels. The repair is above average, the location is not far from the center. There is a metro station nearby (400 m on foot). Burj Khalifa is about 15-20 minutes away by car.
The location is good, there is no balcony in the rooms, and places where you can dry things (swimming trunks, swimsuits, etc.) the windows in the rooms do not open
The hotel is already old and does not pull in 5 stars, maximum 3 stars, service, kitchen, rooms are also booked. The pool is small. The only plus is that the metro is 5-6 minutes on foot.
I advise everyone to go there everything is clean delicious breakfasts and dinners and close to the center every day transfer to the beach everything is cool
Great place! I want to go back there! Excellent rooms, food and service. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a metro nearby. We were there in February.
Clean, cozy hotel, good breakfasts. But it does not pull for 5 stars, it takes 20 minutes to go to the sea, the only plus is a transfer, there is practically nothing near the hotel except hotels and a couple of cafes. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro.
The food is good, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean, the bathroom had a blockage in the sink as soon as they were cleaned. The staff is good, only in the restaurant the hostess is a meticulous man ,the location is super 10 minutes from the metro
Rested from January 16-24, 2023, the hotel feels like 5 * at once. The rooms are clean, spacious, there is a hair dryer, an iron, a needle and a set of threads in the drawer, bring toothpaste, shaving accessories. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a towel was changed every day for fresh ones. There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar, water is brought as it runs out. We took everything inclusive, the BREAKFAST was monotonous, but there was a lot of everything and for different tastes. The croissants were very tasty. The dinners were varied and also very tasty, elite cheeses, olives, chicken, meat, various side dishes, bombic desserts, wine and beer are not limited for lunch. The DINNER was varied, there were sushi, shrimp, lobster, mussels in any form, meat, dolma, and much more. We were absolutely delighted. There are 3 restaurants on the territory of the hotel, the 1st where breakfast, lunch and dinner are held, but you need to come to dinner at 21:40 to be in time. Since everything will be cleaned at 22, although it is written that it works until 22:30. The other restaurant is open until 21:30. And another Nelson is more of a bar, with children not allowed there. There is also a sauna, a hammam, but I also do not let children go there. And there is a terrace with a swimming pool on the territory, water is suspected, but the sun gives very little time for sun beds. A decent hotel.
It is unusual that the hotel does not have a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb; I am used to all hotels having one. A very very low percentage of Russian speakers, without knowledge of the language it is very difficult to stay in such apartments! In general: cozy , clean ,delicious food
We were here for the New Year. I really liked the New Year's dinner with a huge number of dishes. The service itself at the hotel is simply beyond praise
Nice hotel, delicious, but monotonous food. On the first floor you can eat sushi. Free shuttle to the beach, shopping center and outlet. To the metro 15 minutes on foot. Not a very good location of the pool (under the crash) after lunch there is shade everywhere
I put a solid 4, as a basis - for the lack of my own transfer to the beach, the hotel is far from the sea.
A shuttle of regional delivery has been organized, apparently, a contract has been concluded. You can not sit there in the season, there are a lot of people who want to. In July, we drove normally, there were few people on the bus. Check with the driver the time of the return shipment.
The shuttle carries JBR to one beach. The second beach is Palm West, although it is listed in the delivery, but it is only for a walk (apparently paid).
On your own to the beach: either by taxi (about 50 dirhams one way or go to the metro (7 minutes), then by metro, then to the beach 15 minutes. In general, 45 minutes. Walking for about an hour, but it's bad with pedestrian zones. And it's unrealistic to walk in the heat.
That is, the hotel is not focused on a beach holiday, while Dubai has inconvenient transport logistics. It is necessary to live both at the beach and at the red line of the metro. Otherwise, you can stay without a beach or it will cost about 2 tons per day (trip). There are paid sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, about 2.5 t p. Take your umbrella)
JBR beach has free toilets and changing cabins (located in one place, built on the beach). A shower costs 5 dirhams (a few minutes). The beach is actively used by locals, and this is 90% of migrants from Asia, from the entire population of the Emirates.
We had a rest in July, the water in the bay at this time is hot, more than 40 grams, I swam in hot water for the first time, they don't swim in such water). You can swim either early in the morning until 10 am (the shuttle does not go at this time), or after 17 hours (the shuttle goes).
It is convenient that shuttles are carried from the hotel to 4 shopping complexes (Nakheel, Dubai Hills, Outlet, Emirates Mall). The Nakhill complex has a Palm View observation deck, liked it, bought tickets in the Klook app (you can pay for Tinkoff Union Pay), children are free. And at the same time, you can take a walk in the shopping center.
I liked Dubai Hills from the shopping center, it is very new, beautiful, there are all major brands, and a good supermarket of food, and exchangers. Everything is very beautiful, the shops are like pictures. There is a good Zara and HM. There are trampolines for children. Beautiful cafes. It's sparsely populated on weekdays.
The hotel had a good room cleaning. When cleaning, 4 bottles of water for two daily, tea, coffee, cream. There is a kettle, a refrigerator. Slippers, bathrobes.
About the smell that everyone writes about, it's from the air conditioning system. Windows do not open (this situation is mainly in Dubai). Alas, it will not work to ventilate. We're resigned.
Good shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. In July, there was excellent Wi-fi throughout the hotel.
We took full board meals. The breakfasts are very decent, there is porridge, couassans, pancakes, waffles, eggs, omelet, tea and coffee are included (there is a coffee machine). It is inconvenient that you have to wait for tea and coffee to be brought, to catch the staff.
Lunches and dinners are usual, there is meat, tilapia-type fish. The food is normal. Desserts are delicious. The fruits were watermelons, melons, papaya.
For lunch and dinner drinks include water, soda, pepsi, mirinda, juice. Tea and coffee for a fee - 28 dirhams.
I note that they gave very tasty cheeses. It's the first time I've eaten such delicious cheese in a hotel.
Once on Sunday there was an insanely delicious lunch with red fish, crabs, shrimp, and a chocolate fountain.
The pool is small, in summer it is convenient that there is a shadow from the building, at least up to 12 hours you can swim in the shade, the heat is 43 gr. There were always enough sun loungers in the summer, I think there are not enough in the season.
We were saved by the fact that we often visited the shopping center or the hotel.
It's not far to the metro, 10 minutes, it's hot to go in the summer, we went by shuttle to the Emirates Mall, it's closer to the metro, and you can see in the shopping center - penguins behind glass. And then take a taxi from there to Medinat and Parusa.
Or by metro to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and Fountains. This route is the most convenient in the heat to the Emirates Mall. Metro silver card 25 dirhams (2-3 trips).
I liked safari very much from the tour (they pick it up from the hotel and bring it), it costs $ 18 / person, we drove along the dunes, super, watched the show. We also booked on Klook (I learned about it from reviews). They also took a half-day tour of Dubai, in general not bad, because in the heat we didn't want to run around the city on our own. And of course, it's not everywhere you can get by metro (a minimum of beaches near the metro and not all the attractions).
In general, the hotel is a solid 4, I liked the cleaning and the fact that there was a super-delicious lunch on Sundays (only on Sundays), it was comfortable to rest. There were few people in July, it was nice))), I think in the season the impressions can be spoiled by crowds of people. On the downside, I had more expectations about food. The restaurant worked only once, or rather, a good dining room), the Italian got only 1 time on the menu (pizza, steak, soup).
Yes, the supermarket is small, right across the street, there are delicious local juices.
The hotel is located 3 metro stations from DMCC beach (the famous Dubai Marina), then a 10-minute walk, a free shuttle bus runs 10 hours from the hotel, a 20-minute bus ride with traffic jams. THE BEACH IS HOW I GOT TO SOCHI. The DECK CHAIRS are 120 dirhams, so everything is on a towel. The breakfasts are standard, the dinners are good, there is something to eat, especially on weekends there is a large selection when the locals come. The only negative is that the rooms are adjacent. That is, a room with its own shower and bath, but there is a door to the neighbors in the next room, it is closed. It may not lead with the neighbors-we got Indians, they are noisy, we had to go knock on them at 4 in the morning and persuade them to be quieter. From the hotel to Atlantis Aqueventure taxi 40 dirhams, to Legoland 80-100,butterfly garden and flower garden 40-50, safari Park 130
I rested at this hotel from 24.04 to 5.05. The hotel is certainly not five stars. We didn 't have a check - in at 14 o 'clock , we waited until 16 . The room stock is too old (the furniture is alive), the cleaning is mediocre even for money. The bed was changed . The pool is not large on the ground floor with a veranda, but there are only 20 sun beds. Therefore, who is the first, he took. Food, we had breakfast and dinner (or lunch can be changed). Everything is monotonous, but you can eat. Don't wait for shrimp, red fish , avocado. I was disappointed that there was paid tea and coffee for dinner (27 dirhams), it's generally just a grab. Fruits : green melon, medium watermelon, oranges are small but delicious. Separately , I want to tell you about the shuttle to the sea . I have not seen this .he goes to one beach at 10,13, 16, 19 hours and back at 10:45, 13:45, 20 hours at other times it is not possible to get there for free, but he comes to your hotel already full or with a few seats. If you haven't left, that's your problem. Brought to the beach: 2 sun beds and an umbrella, 2 towels, and 4 minutes (for two)to wash in the shower costs 5000 rubles (225 dirhams). For such money, they also give out dirty and dead towels, dirty sunbeds. Therefore, if you want to relax by the sea, take a hotel on the first line. Really a 3 + hotel by European standards.
The location is not bad, about 15 minutes walk from the metro. The hotel itself, I would give a solid 4, but the hotel declares itself as 5. I do not like the smells of carpets in hotels. There's this big problem it seems.
Everything is fine, lunches and breakfasts for an amateur
There are no smells from the bath
The staff is nice, there are food shops nearby, so you won't stay hungry
The hotel is not bad. Justifies its five stars. But it is intended not so much for vacationers as for business trips. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners according to the All Inclusive scheme are very typical. The variety of dishes is decent.
The beach is 10-12 minutes by bus.
Not a bad hotel. There is a small swimming pool. The food is of course very mediocre, but the rooms are very cool and they are cleaned every day. It's not far from the beach. The bus runs only three times a day and is not always empty.

There was a corporate trip. I liked everything, but I don't really remember it well. The heat was too intense and the amount of alcohol clouded his mind.
I put 5 stars for the location. If you did not come to the beach, but to travel, then a big plus is that not far from the metro and all the infrastructure is nearby. There are problems with the transfer to the beach, the bus is small and if it did not sit down, then you can get yourself by metro through the Marina embankment. The food is delicious, varied. There are small problems with the service, until you say they won't do it). There are 3-4 metro stations to Burj Khalifa.
The hotel is five, but already tired. In general, everything was fine, but first of all the hotel is for business trips (10-15 minutes by car to the beach). Towels, umbrellas and mats are provided free of charge for the beach. There is a free shuttle to the beach, there may not be enough seats for it in the season, the taxi application saves.
I didn't like the hotel at all, solid 3. The lobby is ordinary, restaurants look like canteens, and it's not tasty at all.For those who take all-inclusive meals, you will be restricted in everything, they will not allow you to eat near the pool when they arrange evening dinners on the grill there, in an Italian restaurant, if you can call it that, only soup, salad and two pieces of meat and everything....there is no choice anymore and it's the same every day, if you want more, then pay, although you have all clusiv. In general, the poor are complete throughout the hotel. The hotel disappointed((((
Not a bad hotel, the breakfasts are very good, for a small fee. but the business processes were pumped up, all the water was turned off on the last day of the stay. Then, apparently, according to the scenario of the Hunchback horse, they turned on boiling water and then cold, Well, in general, the hotel is not bad, for local business.
Great hotel! 👍 it's not just luhari, of course, but the metro is nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot.

We got to this hotel by accident, as the tour operator refused to cooperate with the hotel we chose a week before departure..In general, a good hotel, timely room cleaning, normal food, but:
If you arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time (and this is 15:00), then they offer to pay extra and purchase an improved room, well, or sit and wait for your own.
1. There are practically no Russian-speaking employees, and it is also not always possible to explain yourself in English, some employees do not understand everything in it either.
2. in Ramadan, there is a problem with food in the main restaurant, they were allowed only from 20 to 21 (despite the fact that dinner is from 18:) a few minutes before 21 they even come up and remind you that you have to leave in a couple of minutes), because before that time strangers come to iftar who just they pay to eat there, and they are given preference over tourists living in a hotel. As an alternative, they offer free dinner in an Italian restaurant, but there is absolutely the same menu from day to day, in which you can choose only 2 dishes.
When you get to the main buffet restaurant from 20 to 21, most of the food may no longer be there, you are content with what is left. Breakfasts are monotonous from day to day.
3. Returning to the problem with communication with the staff, when going to the beach, they took 2 towels, refused the bag, but the employee forgot to delete the bag from the form, accordingly forgot to inform the employee who worked the second shift about it (when we brought back these towels) and a bag was demanded from us for a few more days, which of course we didn't take it.
4. Absolutely tasteless hookah :)
5. 90% of the sun beds by the pool are in the shade, so if you choose a pool as an alternative to the bay with the hope of getting a good tan, you will have to pull out in the sun.
6. The constant smell of dampness and mustiness from carpets on the floors
An old hotel, it would be better if everything was updated there, (room renovation) and + the food is cool, but the variety of dishes is not enough. And so the hotel is completely good
The window does not open in all rooms, there is no balcony!

There is a hotel on the outskirts. There is no way to get anywhere on foot. We checked in there for one day from another hotel because of the lining. We had breakfast, the food was normal, there was a very large flow of guests, it was not cozy.
