Great stay in center of Yerevan!
+ Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is perfect - walking distance to the center with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

A wonderful hotel that has everything for a comfortable stay! I stayed here for 6 nights, never had a single question. The location is excellent, within walking distance - Republic Square, Opera House, Cascade and more. There are busy streets nearby, and life is bustling in the evenings. There are many cafes and shops. The room is clean, cleaned well. There are slippers, a dental kit, gels, shampoos, etc. Wifi catches well. Excellent breakfasts, a choice for every taste. I really liked the local jams, they say they make them themselves. Very good staff. Everyone is polite and ready to help. Although, probably, this applies to all Armenians in general. If I come to Yerevan again, then only here.

We lived alone with my daughter, room 606. An impeccable hotel! It is located in the very center, within walking distance from Republic Square. Good new renovation, new plumbing. Everything you need is in the room: a good powerful hair dryer, a kettle, tea/coffee is reported, 0.5 l bottle of water per person every day. There is a safe. The freshest bed linen and towels. The cleaning is very high quality. The breakfasts are good, not a bad choice. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, everyone speaks Russian. Upon departure, they presented a pleasant souvenir: a magnet and tea with thyme, very nice.

A nice little hotel with an excellent location. Nice decor, clean textiles. A small area of the room and a miniature bathroom, an inanimate view from the room - but this is typical for hotels in the city center, I was ready for this, since I chose a hotel with such a location. I wasn't ready for the noise from the street. The windows overlooked the roadway, where there is very active, albeit single-lane traffic. Local driving style - loud music from cars, constant signals from drivers to each other, sharp brakes… It's all late into the night and it's just hell! The air conditioner was not working in my room yet and I did not go to the reception in the middle of the night, although it was probably my mistake and the reason that I did not get enough sleep at all. In the morning, the air conditioner was fixed for me and the next nights I slept better. But anyway, we need earplugs!!

The hotel is located in the city center: near the Northern Avenue.Republic Square, Mashtots Street.,Opera. The hotel is small, six-storey, there is an elevator. Very tasty and varied breakfasts, The only drawback:the hotel faces a busy street, very dense and loud in the evenings (!!!) traffic . There is a kettle in the room, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and all hygiene products in the bathroom

We stayed with a family with 4 children. In general, it is always problematic for us to settle all together in one room, then they went to a meeting with us without any problems and we all fit into a family room for an adequate price.Yes, the rooms are small, but no matter how you sit in the room from morning to evening, you need a clean room to spend the night, for such a price it's generally great!Clean, cozy and delicious breakfasts and top locationWe used dry cleaning services, and we had a mountain of things cleaned and ironed for pennies.In general, I recommend this hotel.

An average hotel.
We went together with a friend. We moved from one room to another. In terms of infrastructure, both rooms were average. It is not very convenient to open the bathroom door, there is not enough space. The mattresses and pillows are quite thin.
The food is normal, not wow. Pastries and vegetables are tasteless. Delicious local jam.
The location is great and the staff is really helpful - no doubt about it!

I paid in rubles on Yandex.travel.
I checked in at 5 a.m., the VSP is clear.
A small minus is audibility, but in general I don't care.

Everything is always clean. They clean up, put some water and tea. The buffet in the morning is my honor.
The ideal location in the center away from the roads and a 5-minute walk anywhere.

The location of the hotel is a big plus, you have left it and the central streets of Yerevan are in front of you. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff, convenient location. There are many restaurants nearby, the park is within walking distance. There is a place to walk, there is something to see. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. You can inexpensively order laundry and ironing of things. The breakfasts are delicious. Employees sincerely try to help in solving any issue. The hotel is perfectly located, you exit the arch and you are in the city center, everything is close. But, apparently, it was better there before, when there was no construction. A building is being built nearby, and all the dust is flying through the windows. And in general, everything is arranged, there is no breakfast, you will find something to eat. And here is the key to room one, and the elevator goes from the key. My son left earlier, and we were walking, we had to walk up. Yes, they give you a present at parting, it's nice. Would you come there? - yes!!! Convenient!

The staff is polite, the location is good, the breakfasts are meager, and the audibility in the rooms negates all the advantages. The road under the window and the constant movement of cars with signals, music, the hum of engines or torzoms do not allow you to fall asleep. Closed windows do not save from this nightmare. Nights without sleep are very exhausting, I couldn't rest.
Next time, I'll read the reviews more carefully and choose a hotel.

A good hotel - we arrived out of season - the guests were settled far from each other, so we didn't hear anyone. The breakfasts are good, of course not a feast for the whole world, but delicious. The only thing is that the cheeses are very salty - you need to be careful with them.
The room was clean, cleaned every day - the cons were constantly changing towels in places - in the end we got confused where whose towel was - what was changed and what was left - but I think if you tell the employees about this, the confusion will stop.
The hotel offers excursions - quite cheap. In fact, you are provided with a driver for the day who tells you about the area, and you walk on your own directly at the stops at the sights. We liked this format.
They politely communicated with us at the reception. Plus, the hotel itself, despite the fact that it is hidden (the main entrance from the courtyard), is conveniently located. The main pedestrian street is just a stone's throw away. It is also not difficult to reach the other attractions. The slopes in Yerevan are not as harsh as in Sochi, so the walks will be comfortable.

Very friendly staff, delicious, hearty breakfast buffet. The Median is conveniently located, next to the Parma store, which has good exchangers, a wonderful Opera theater is nearby, Republic Square is not far away, but there are often traffic jams from cars. The hotel is very clean, everything is very conveniently done, the room is spacious, toilet, shower, several outlets, refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, TV, everything works fine. The transfer driver talked very well about the sights on the way.

In general, everything is fine, but the location is such that cars are constantly buzzing, as there is an eternal traffic jam on the road. There's also a construction site nearby, and if you open the window, you'll find all the construction dust in your room.
The air conditioning system is probably turned off for the winter and either stuffy or noisy and dusty.
The breakfasts are good, the cleaning is good too.

An excellent hotel within walking distance of the main attractions. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a walking pedestrian street. The rooms are fresh but small, the breakfasts are good, but there is no red fish (who does not know-this is an indicator of the quality of 4*-5* city hotels) . At the checkout, they presented a package with souvenirs-thyme and a magnet-sooo nice! There are problems with parking-locals who live in neighboring houses park nearby-it is difficult to find -it is almost impossible to find a place. I Recommend The Hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. A solid four.
Among the advantages: ironing board and iron on each floor, daily water replenishment, slippers, dental kit, tea and coffee are available.
The breakfast is varied, good coffee.
Of the cons: cardboard walls - I woke up at 3 a.m. to the laughter of neighbors... This is the first time we've met this..
If you are a light sleeper, you are not here...
Otherwise, everything is great!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, near Republic Square, Northern Avenue, and the Opera House. We lived on the 3rd floor, the Windows faced the street. The neighboring building is currently being renovated in the courtyard, when it is finished, the rooms with windows to the courtyard will be quieter. But the street did not bother us at all, it was not very noisy, we slept with the window open. The room is clean and cozy. Good mattresses, normal pillows, furniture - bedside tables, an armchair, a table, a sofa, a shelf under the TV, a large wardrobe with a safe, a small refrigerator. There were also slippers. And a good, powerful hair dryer. There are large bottles of soap, shampoo, and shower gel in the bathroom. All other cosmetics must be brought with you. The only thing was that the shower was hard to switch (there is a faucet, a regular shower, and a tropical one). Breakfast is from 8 to 11. A lovely large and clean dining room on the 4th floor. There is a large selection of products for breakfast, the dishes were always quickly updated. What is in 9, what is in the area of 11 - the full range. Milk porridge, omelette, fried eggs, stewed vegetables, sausages, sausages, buckwheat or fried noodles, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, various salads and herbs, sliced sausages, ham, cheeses. And of course, lavash. And there was regular bread too. And also yoghurts, various muesli, milk. A large selection of delicious jams. The standard fruits are apples, kiwis, oranges, bananas. There is always a choice of pastries and cakes. In addition to tea and instant coffee, there was natural freshly brewed coffee in a thermos, which was especially pleasing. There is a capsule coffee machine - for a fee (1000 AMD). Every morning the assortment of dishes changed a little, you could try something new. You can also buy trips in various directions from Yerevan at the hotel. All the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and respectful towards the guests. There is no room for storing suitcases, but there is a place where you can leave things before the plane. Upon leaving the room, we were given a small surprise gift, very nice.

A wonderful hotel. We were in August 2023. Delicious, varied breakfasts, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses. The staff is wonderful! Everyone is polite and attentive. It is located in the center. All the main sights of Yerevan can be easily reached on foot. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable. I think that it will not be possible to work fully. And so, everything is fine! I will definitely come back here with the other half of the family :-)

Within walking distance from the center. Around the corner is Severny Prospekt, the local Arbat. Everything is nearby. Lots of restaurants. The rooms are small, but it was expected. It was the three of us. The child is in a special place. I can't walk in the room, but we didn't really sit there. The cleaning is of high quality, especially if you leave 300-400 drams.

We rested with my husband in Armenia for a week, lived in this hotel. Located in the center, it is convenient to get from all points. It can be seen that the renovation was recent: everything is new, good interior and furniture. Shower products, soap, slippers, hair dryer, refrigerator - everything was of normal quality. Upon request, an ironing board and an iron were brought to our room. Excellent buffet breakfasts, fresh and varied products. From a small minus- the window faced the street, in the evenings, if you open the window, it can be a little noisy (it is absolutely not critical for us). We had a late check-out, the hotel provided lunch boxes. We definitely recommend it!

At first, when we were driving through the courtyards, we thought that we had taken off, well, when we went inside, everything immediately changed inside us, everything was beautiful, the friendly boy told the staff and drew on the map where to go, where to eat, told what and how in the room, the room is clean, new, nice, the breakfasts are good, everything you need is fruit, tea, coffee, pies, the only drawback is too expensive.
