In general, the clinic leaves a normal impression: cleanliness in the premises, courteous staff, good organization of processes. However, there are serious drawbacks in the test room that cause caution.
When taking blood and conducting a helicobacter test, nurses do not change gloves between patients. Moreover, wearing the same gloves, they go from one office to another, opening doors with them, which categorically violates sanitary standards and raises legitimate concerns for patient safety.
The organization of the helicobacter test is particularly worrying: at the time of the test (when the first 6 minutes have passed and it is necessary to drink the solution for repeated exhalation), the patient is left alone in the office. The doctor leaves and does not return on time — you either have to wait or somehow look for him on your own. However, there is no clear instruction on how to properly handle the tube after exhaling: leave it on the table or keep it with you. This creates confusion and raises doubts about the correctness of the analysis and its reliability.
Separately, I would like to note the condition of the mirror, which is used to control the correct position of the tube in the mouth: it is dirty, hands literally stick to it, which is completely unacceptable in a medical facility.
I would like the clinic's management to pay attention to compliance with sanitary requirements and the organization of the testing process so that patients feel safe and confident in the quality of services provided.
