To begin with, making an appointment to the clinic online is very convenient, I couldn't sleep at night because of the high temperature and realized that it would be even more difficult at work tomorrow, so I signed up at 4 a.m.
And so, I came to the appointment, I was greeted by two good-natured women, asked about the symptoms and treatment, said that my self-medication was generally correct, praised, prescribed a couple more formal medications... They let me go.
It would have been fine, but it was a working day, I came in with a temperature of 37.6 in order to hear the correctness of my self-medication and calmly stay in the hospital for a couple of days. To which I heard, "What kind of sick leave? You don't lay tiles, you work in an office." I have never seen such a tactful and strange attitude, a doctor prescribes sick leave not for health reasons, but for the severity of work, I doubt that the doctor himself works with such a temperature and infects the team. With one phrase, I got a lot of problems and a complete devaluation of my work.
In general... A star for courtesy, a star for adequate treatment without antibiotics. Otherwise, I advise you to contact us only in order to find out the diagnosis. If you do not work, the doctor, in my opinion, is competent.

They will not write too much about the appointment, clearly and to the point. Therapists are attentive, they do not prescribe appointments every other day, but once every three days. It's a convenient location for me, because I live in the Oktyabrsky district. Everything is fine, I hope they will not let you down in the future. There is one inconvenience, the test results are sent by e-mail only for a fee. I take the tests in the Invitro.

The most terrible appointment took place with ophthalmologist A.V. Staselko at Ecomedservice on 03/31/25 At 10:00. My child and I were there.
It all started as quickly and hectic as possible, my son is 4.5 years old, and the doctor doesn't explain anything at all, doesn't ask what happened in the past, any illnesses, just goes to kindergarten. Let's poke the device at him right away and let me hold and hold him as tight as possible so that he doesn't move, not even telling the child where to look and what to do! Then she abruptly gave me a thing to close one eye and look at, without explaining anything again, in the end she didn't give me time to just say something, she says close your hand, your son didn't say everything in the second eye in the end and she didn't try to somehow try to talk or interact with him. She quickly took out the metal glasses again, gave them to me to hold, closed one eye and did not see the child at all, but he was already very scared and eventually ran away to his husband. TO WHICH THE DOCTOR SAYS THAT I WAS SHOCKED, AND IF IT WASN'T FOR THOSE GLASSES, THEN YOU'D HAVE TO BURY YOUR EYES (in a tone that made me uncomfortable). Here, my husband and I couldn't stand it anymore and told her how she was behaving strangely, why she was scaring the child, and everything was crumpled up.. I checked my eyesight with some kind of device without really checking the fundus. We thought it would be better at the second appointment, but it turned out the same way, and from the moment we hit her, we didn't go to her initially, but to another doctor (an orthopedist) from this center), we started talking about what kind of record it was, and we got there. The child spat out the pacifiers and did not let her rinse them in her office. I sent them to wash in the room of the mother and child. Never set foot on her again. All her recommendations and conclusions were rejected by another ophthalmologist.

I was extremely polite, even to the sighs in my direction. I ask you to have a conversation with this doctor on the subject of ethical treatment of patients. We do not come to her to ask for alms, but for adequate help.

I've never written negative reviews before, but this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude.
I came to this clinic for the first time to take tests without a doctor's appointment. I went to the window, they started to register me, and then the girl's phone rang and she began to talk enthusiastically, not paying attention to my data. I had to wait 7 minutes, if not more, for her to look at the monitor out of the corner of her eye and press a couple of keys in between conversations.
What is the result? She also made a mistake in the e-mail address (which I copied in the sheet twice), did not write down the phone number - the tests did not reach me (only after the call, the employees rechecked the data and corrected everything from the words). She didn't give out a ticket or a referral. At the checkout, another employee had questions about the data, but what can I say?
It's disgusting, the first impression is ruined and I will never come to this center for an appointment again.
