I want to inform the administration of the center that the doctor, ENT Khilko, who was contacted twice (the first time at the city hospital on Chkalov Street), not only could not make the correct diagnosis, but also prescribe the right treatment, and the worst thing was that she could not decipher the picture correctly. The image of such "specialists" can be spoiled. It is unacceptable to allow this doctor to receive children. I hope for understanding, this is not an impulse message, but a twice-confirmed conclusion.

She was recorded for ultrasound of the pelvic organs. The doctor Esman M.Y. is very pleased with the ultrasound, the problem has been identified. Before that, 2 doctors from other medical centers did not see it. For which I am very grateful to the doctor, the ultrasound did not take 5 minutes, as it happens, but rather for a long time, the doctor looked very carefully. I recommend this doctor! But the girls from the reception....this is something...firstly, they rudely answer questions, irritated by queues...and the queues are because of their slowness! They do not respond to visitors, people come in and do not know who to contact, they cannot answer questions normally. I'll write a complaint next time! Change the attitude towards visitors, or change the girls at the reception. I haven't seen such an attitude for a long time!

Since it was necessary to make an appointment at the Holter city polyclinic and wait for his turn, the son made an appointment with the cardiologist of this "center". The doctor began her appointment by accusing her son of faking the symptoms of the disease in order, in her words, to "get away from the army," then there was an accusation that he only needed sick leave. Realizing that not one of the options was not suitable for my son, she said that she had been sitting at the computer for a long time. But I didn't guess it here either. As a result, she recommended not to spend money on halter and sent a person who is not in the best state of health and with high blood pressure home. By paying 40 rubles in advance. And she also prescribed meldronate. The next day, I called the registrar and asked for the supervisor's phone number. They didn't give it to me, but they called the senior administrator. I told her everything, asked her to tell the head and recommended to watch the video of the reception. I left my phone number for feedback. A week has passed. As they say, "no sound, no picture." A large building with a hotel, surgery and third-party organizations. There are always good girls at the reception who are ready to solve any problem. There are many specialists, even there seems to be dentistry, it is easy to take tests, and it is always convenient to get an appointment, there are no queues, the corridors are always clean. The disadvantage is that there is no VIP program or similar, for example, I am a regular customer and I do not have any discounts or additional preferences, although I spent about 650 rubles in this center in March alone, and this is not a small amount.

In mid-June, my mother went to Lazarus for a colonoscopy with sedation, the procedure was scheduled for the evening, upon arrival at the medical center it turned out that she was booked for the wrong day.There was no doctor who could administer sedation .Attention!!!!!She was offered a procedure Without Sedation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!which I consider unacceptable in a private center !!!the amount that was announced for the procedure was very different from the one that mom actually paid!!!Moreover, the medical center tore off an extra 50 rubles !!!!and the girl who was so protective of her employees replied: I can't take 50 rubles out of my pocket and give it to you..There was no alternative way out of the situation..I'm not surprised by this attitude towards people..t k herself turned to this medical center a couple of years ago to a therapist with surgery, and a simple cold after coming on vacation from another city..I did not receive treatment, the therapy brought mench to tears, humiliating, hearing that from Minsk, as if this was a trigger for her.my insurance company paid the doctor for treatment, as a result, the patient went home and was treated in Minsk!I started having complications from two types of antibiotics, for which the therapist did not respond ... a nasty, boorish woman, I'm sorry I don't remember the last name. Last Saturday I visited Lazar Medical Center for the first time, everything is wonderful! The contrast after the city polyclinic cannot be described: THEY are NOT RUDE!, the interior is modern (children's corners on the floors were pleased), the equipment is new, the staff are polite, there are no queues with always hurrying and grumbling grannies) Of course, it's not free, but it's worth the money if you want to be treated with dignity and adequately diagnosed.
I would like to mention the specialist I was with, this is Olga Alexandrovna Khilko, an otorhinolaryngologist - very friendly, polite, listened to me, examined me, carried out diagnostics, prescribed treatment and tests (she passed the tests immediately in the Infirmary), did everything very professionally! Thank you very much!!!
I made an appointment for the following weekend to an ophthalmologist, orthopedist and phlebologist. I am sure the impressions will be very positive!

The doctor examined, prescribed an oil solution in the throat and FLUKAPS!FROM THE FLU! I was shocked, the month of April, 3 days of fever, what kind of flu????Flukaps is taken in the first 48 hours of illness. There are rarely such people who, at the first meeting, seem to be a long-known friend. This turned out to be my doctor (as well as her assistant, Svetlana Stanislavovna Komarova). I was able to go home immediately after the consultation and (immediately!) I'm in a great mood. I got rid of my long-term problem in just an hour and got acquainted with wonderful real specialists, with a capital letter, with an excellent modern clinic in our city, with its well-coordinated team. Hello. I really liked the appointment with the neurologist and optometrist. They are very attentive, sincere, the doctors are in their place, the examination is at the proper level, the treatment is prescribed correctly. I can't say the same about a gastroenterologist and a cardiologist.. The cardiologist, in general, kicked her out of the office, saying that she needed to go home, and she was not going to spend the night with us. Only good money is charged for admission. I would not advise anyone to consult such a cardiologist.
