Yesterday I had an ultrasound with Laila Aitzhanovna and an appointment with a gynecologist Jamila Berdishovna. The ultrasound went well, no problems. But I'm terrified of seeing a gynecologist.
First of all, the doctor was 15 minutes late, and I had to call her across the counter. When she finally arrived, she sauntered into the office with coffee.
My request is a delay in menstruation. The first piece of advice was "give birth – everything will return to normal." Already knowing about my cyclical disorders, the doctor advised pregnancy, although this is not only incorrect, but could also be problematic. Besides, such advice is generally inappropriate.
Then they told me that it was all the fault of being overweight, without any tests. Although I have had an irregular cycle since the beginning of my menstruation, and I have been overweight for only the last few years, the doctor ignored this.
The most unpleasant part of the reception is the examination. I was offered a smear on the flora. When asked why, the answer was: "You have a discharge." But discharge is the norm. I got the feeling that they were just trying to impose a paid service on me.
During the examination, the doctor went to call the midwife, leaving me in a chair with a dilator inside and the door open. I think women can imagine how I felt at that moment. Then another woman came in, and they were discussing another patient and laughing as they prepared a swab stick. I clarified that I was refusing because I had not been told the need for it.
After the examination, I checked the doctor's competence by asking about the compatibility of my medication with COCs. Although they are compatible, the doctor said that both drugs are "heavy" and should not be taken together.
As a result, I paid 8000 tenge for an unprofessional and unethical attitude. There is definitely at least one incompetent doctor in this clinic.
I was at a reception with Natalia Nikolaevna Pasenova. A wonderful doctor, very polite. I explained everything in detail. Thank you for your professionalism.
This is the second time I've come here by appointment and I've never been accepted on time yet. The doctor is sitting in the office and talking about something with his girlfriend for 20 minutes, I don't know what's going on, but stop recording people at the same time, it's not adequate.
