I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anastasia Mikhailovna Kushel, a dental therapist, for her professionalism, dedication, and very, very scrupulous approach to treatment. The doctor is very friendly during the treatment and discusses his next steps, which helped me to easily transfer the long-term root canal therapy. This is not the first time I have been undergoing treatment with Anastasia Mikhailovna, and I will continue with her; I recommended this excellent specialist to my friends and family, and I highly recommend it to you! I want to wish her success in her work and well-being!

I performed professional hygiene on 11/20/2024 at the dentist Chernykh D.A. (there are no complaints about the doctor, she did her job perfectly, despite the inability to work with molars 6,7,8 due to the gag reflex during pregnancy) Then they did not give any documents about the service. I signed up for an examination by the doctor on 02/13/2025 in order to somehow get this certificate, or some kind of document confirming my visit in the 11th month of 2024. However, when visiting the medical center, I was referred to another doctor without my consent and prior notification. Bottom line: there is no help, an hour of wasted time, my stomach aches, and I'm not in the mood. If they had called, they wouldn't even have gone🤷🏼♀️

I was disappointed with the visit to the clinic, which I applied to more than once myself and with the child. I asked about replacing the seals. They made an appointment with the doctor Sautina. The doctor has problems communicating with clients. She voiced all the problems that I addressed as if I were to blame for the anatomical features of my teeth. It leaves an unpleasant feeling. And the most unpleasant thing is that at the moment of drilling the doctor's tooth, the drill in my mouth flew apart. I can understand/forgive everything, but in paid dentistry, instruments and equipment must be in good working order. After I was outraged by this, and said that I somehow did not want to pay for such a service, the doctor again considered it right to insert her "five kopecks" with the words "so you came to treat here for thanks." I didn't see any apologies or discounts (((
