They said that the maternity fee was 60,000 TL, that there were maternity packages for her that would get a raise after Christmas. Your examination is 2000 TL, they calculated it as 1000 TL in the package because we paid the fee for one examination, your examination is deducted and we have it. We have agreed on a package with 79.000 TL 9 examinations 9 re-examinations from the delivery packages. scan 2 li and 3 lu. Stay in the hospital for a day or two.the first checks of the child. Dad, check up. Dietitian, psychologist. Room decoration. It was a wide-ranging package, like tests. When we made an interview, we were told that if the pregnancy is terminated, the price of the package is understood, the products used will be deducted and the refund will be paid. my wife's pregnancy ended when I was 8 weeks old when we asked for the payback. My wife gave an examination and 2 tests, they said that they would charge us a fee of 25,000 TL and pay the rest of the fee. The amount in the package and the absurd amount they took from me do not match each other. At first, what they said doesn't hold up to each other about package fees. Although I called customer service 9 times, they did not return the records available. We want the receipt, they haven't sent the receipt for 10 days. they have not credited the remaining balance to our account for 10 days. I will make the necessary notifications to the Ministry of Health, CIMER and the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
