The only point is, in the locker rooms themselves (the children's pool), I would really like to have some kind of playpen. So that you can put the child there while you change clothes yourself. The plumbing in the shower has seen a lot, I would like to update it, the lockers do not close, dirty sofas. I would really like to fix this!

Посещаю тренажерный зал, занимаюсь с тренером. Зал чистый, много разных тренажеров. Раздевалка отличная, есть душ, фен. Тренер Алексей мастер своего дела. Для посетителей тренажёрного зала доступна сауна бесплатно в день посещения. Очень большой перечень услуг по оздоровлению и реабилитации. Персонал приветливый и вежливый. В центре занимаются как здоровые люди так и люди с повреждениями и особенностями. Очень радует, что всем хватает места и все дружелюбны друг к другу.

Очень много оздоровительных услуг для детей и взрослых. Бассейн, аквааэробика, тренажерный зал, душ Шарко, сауна и ещё много других услуг. Ребёнок второй год посещает бассейн. Чистота идеальная везде. Персонал приветливый, всегда всё подробно расскажут и помогут. Отдельная благодарность тренеру Алексею из тренажёрного зала за индивидуальный подход, грамотное и подробное разъяснение по выполнению тренировок и поддержку!!! Атмосфера в комплексе приятная, чем-то напоминает санаторий. Хочется посещать и вести здоровый образ жизни.

But my low rating and review is addressed to the "miracle coach" in swimming (Yurkova Elena) If you want your child to be psychologically traumatized and afraid of water, go to her. I don't understand at all how it is possible to allow such coaches to children? I'm an adult, and I couldn't stand her screaming, rudeness and pressure while she was trying to test my son. Naturally, I interrupted the lesson and took the child away. Hmm, but they also paid money for this mockery (

Хожу сюда плавать и в тренажерный зал.
Приветливые девчата на ресепшен.
Бассейн на 2 дорожки, 3я для лфк специальная.
Дорожки широкие.
В стоимость бассейна или тренажерного зала входит сауна.
Если нужно поплавать, а потом побегать или покрутить велотренажер и после расслабить мышцы в сауне, то это подходящее место.

Час "индивидуалки" обойдётся в 40 рублей.
Доступны любые тренажёры, есть "Шведская стенка".
Говорят, что бассейн тоже нормальный. Сам в бассейне не был. Узнал от людей.
Вход доступен для людей с ограниченными возможностями.

Очень понравилось в вашем центре! Начиная с ресепшина - девочки очень приветливые, вежливые, обслуживают быстро, улыбаются!
Врачи внимательные, желают хорошего дня, прекрасное общение с клиентами!
Пришла по своему вопросу на узи брюшной полости, получила прекрасное общение и полную картину всего, что нужно было знать по моему вопросу. Приятно, что есть ещё такие врачи, которые заинтересованы помогать, отдают своё сердце и вкладывают душу в каждого пациента, давая развёрнутые ответы и грамотные консультации по тревожащим моментам.К таким врачам хочется возвращаться!
Приятно, что врач узи работает до позднего вечера, очень удобно посетить после работы не отвлекаясь от основных дел.
Сейчас много разных клиник, а здесь - как дома, как у друзей- чувствуется тёплая обстановка, не остаёшься без внимания и один на один со своей проблемой! Спасибо за грамотных специалистов и профессионализм!
