She was scheduled for a heart ultrasound on Saturday at 14:05. I arrived at 14:00 to minimize the waiting time as much as possible, because a 3-year-old child (with his grandmother) was waiting for me in the car.The woman at the reception offered to sit down.OK... but...at 14:05, the doctor came out and invited another person...I asked the woman at the reception what they had with the time, to which it was said that there was a time delay and the person went to 13:50. Okay, but...She could have warned me about it as soon as she arrived, not to mention apologizing...I sign up for a paid medical center so that everything is clear, correct and on time...the woman from the reception desk generally discouraged the desire to come here! I made a cultural remark to her that she could have warned, but she has zero emotions at all, is that okay? If you are in a hurry, it is better to call back in advance and ask if the reception is delayed!

The worst medical center in my life. Maybe if there was nothing to compare it with, I would have given it 2 stars, purely out of pity. Everything is unprofessional, starting with the reception desk and ending with the Klennitskaya ultrasound, which I happened to visit today. I will not be like the staff of this poorhouse, I will just say that I am VERY sorry for the time spent, gasoline and nerves. I didn't pay the money, because objectively it was not only for nothing, but they also had to pay me for this horror. Uzist Klennitskaya is the most unprofessional person in this profession.

Don't set foot in this medical center anymore. I went for ultrasound 2 times to Klenitskaya, terrible attitude towards patients. I have not seen such service yet. It feels like a lady has "starred". Rude, arrogant, with her "quirks". It felt like people were nothing to her. The horror!!! I gave one star for the price of services.

Svintukhovskaya's doctor scares with premature diagnoses, they can't take all the tests at once, they have to go several times and everything is useless, they can't say anything specific. 450 rubles were pulled out empty. I do not recommend this medical center

After an ambiguous reception at the residential polyclinic, where there were many questions and not one answer, but only ridicule, it is better to address them.
