No hot water and the staff lie to you. I told the staff that my hot water was not working. One member of staff pretended that he had fixed it whilst his colleague reminded him in Russian that the gas was broken. Really poor experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, all the main attractions are within walking distance, or a couple of minutes by taxi. The rooms are clean, fresh towels, drinking water in 0.5ml bottles. The room has a kettle, iron and ironing board, TV, hair dryer. There is shampoo and shower gel, body lotion and disposable toothbrushes. The reception staff is polite and helpful. Breakfasts from 8 to 10 are not very diverse, but there is a choice for breakfast quite well, oatmeal porridge, national pastries are delicious, yogurt in cups from the store, pancakes, pancakes, tea, coffee from the coffee machine. The negative point is a fairly strong audibility, but they only slept in the room and if you are unlucky with the neighbors, you can hear fun and weak water pressure, but perhaps this is the problem of the whole of Samarkand. But in general, everything is good, both from the hotel and from Samarkand itself.

We were in Samarkand for two days. I really liked the hotel for its services, the room and, of course, the breakfast. Breakfast is for every taste and porridge, and samsa, and vegetables and cakes, and dietary and not so much. And after the 40 degree heat, the pool with 19 degree water was very refreshing and you could swim until 11 pm. After swimming, we sat at a table and immediately ordered a barbecue, had dinner. A decent hotel for its price.

Good location, 10 min. to the airport, it doesn't look like a big hotel, but in the courtyard there is even a swimming pool, a small fitness room, a very varied breakfast, a rooftop restaurant with a good view, there is a restaurant/banquet hall on the ground floor. The staff is friendly.

In early September, we came on a trip to Uzbekistan and stayed at this hotel while in Tashkent. The hotel left only pleasant impressions. Upon check-in, we were met by a pleasant young man (the director or the owner of the hotel) who helped with the bags and was always polite and courteous on other days. The rest of the staff is also polite. The price of our room included breakfast, which consisted of a buffet very varied and delicious for any preference. The room had everything you needed and even access to YouTube on the TV. The shower room had the necessary hygiene products. I recommend this hotel 👍🏻

Новая гостиница, все чисто, красиво, в светлых тонах, приятный и вежливый персонал. Удобное расположение , до Регистана 10 минут пешком. В номерах были большие кровати, удобные матрасы. В ванной комнате душевая кабина, с удобным душем. Своевременная уборка номеров с обновлением мыльно-рыльных и заменой полотенец. Имеется спортзал и бассейн - небольшой, чистый, правда с холодной водой. Но в жару он реально спасает. Многие жалуются в отзывах на завтраки. Может в сезон чего-то людыминн хватало. В даты нашего визита всё было в изобилии! Шведский стол: каша, сосиски куриные, котлеты мясные и куриные, самса, салат свежий, чебуреки с мясом и картошкой различных размеров, мясные, сырные нарезки, рулетики из баклажанов и кабачков, блинчики, сырники, сладости, фрукты, включая, дыни и арбузы... Всего не переречесть. Из напитков , кроме всего прочего, есть натуральный кофе.
Есть одно "НО" у гостиницы: тонкие стены, поэтому приходилось слушать, как в соседнем номере круглые сутки очень громко кто-то любит друг друга)

Booked in advance because of the convenient location (close to the train station and nearby attractions).
Upon arrival in Samarkand, using Yandex taxi, we went to the hotel. But as it turned out, there has never been such a hotel on Uzbekistanskaya Street (and according to local residents, 10 tourists a day are looking for this hotel there). After spending an hour on the road (round trip), but we could have walked from the train station, we still reached the hotel. The reception does not know why they have two points marked on the maps with the hotel (and with the same photos). I hope that the hotel will take measures and will not mislead tourists.
There were no problems with the placement, they settled in quickly, paid on the spot with a card.
So, we got a room 406 on the 4th floor.
In general, everything is fine, we needed to spend one night. The plans were to walk around the city, get enough sleep and go to Moscow with a calm soul.
The room is clean, well maintained, everything is there. The beds and pillows are comfortable. TV and tea set.
Everything would have been perfect, BUT we couldn't sleep! Already at 11 p.m., we suspected something was wrong. The Windows overlook private houses and there is a dog there that is not small. She barked all night, rattled the chain, threw herself. These are not one-time barks, but non-stop barking!!! This is terrible!!!

Хороший отель. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Вежливый персонал, готовый всегда помочь. У нас поезд был вечером, нам разрешили задержаться с выездом. Есть внутренний дворик, в котором классно посидеть вечером. Там же есть бассейн, в котором можно всегда окунуться и освежиться в жаркий день. Номер хороший, все чистенько, уютно. В номере есть кондиционер, что не мало важно для этого региона. Очень вкусные завтраки: каша, яичница - это стандартно, но есть много местных блюд: самса, чебуреки, много фруктов и ягод: арбуз, дыня, черешня, абрикосы, сливы. Очень вкусная выпечки. Отель рекомендую.

The absolutely incomprehensible presence of a window between the room and the bathroom, a full-length window, blinds do not normally close, everything can be seen what is happening in the bathroom, this is a huge minus of the hotel.
It's not 4 stars, in general, the price is too high.

A wonderful hotel in an authentic part of the city. There are many places nearby where you can eat real Uzbek cuisine, including the hotel restaurant itself. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel has a beautiful small pool. The staff is super - responsive and in a hurry to help with any question. Registan is 10 minutes away along the most authentic city streets. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we arrive.

Clean, tidy, good breakfasts on the veranda, there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner (although there was nothing sweet in it, which is sad), a very compact gym, the pool is rather decorative. A little upset by the view of garbage bags constantly looming behind the pool))) but if you walk a lot, then there is no time to look at the packages. Registan is a 20-minute walk away. There are many cafes nearby, there is a small market, shops, a bank. It is not difficult to reach the main tourist points.

Медина отель Самарканд действительно хорошая новая гостинница. Место расположение отеля находится в разумной пешей доступности от многих исторических достопримечательностей Самарканда. Порадовали чистота, порядок в отеле, ней, очень доброе и внимательное отношение всех сотрудников персонала отеля. Команда отеля - молодцы, работает на 5+. Отель очень понравился нам. Недостатков нет! Рекомендую как на длительное, так и на короткое проживание. При возможности вернемся сюда ещё!

Добрый день! Остановились в отеле 01.05-02.05. Первое впечатление очень приятное. Очень красивый интерьер. Очень приятный обслуживающий персонал в ресторане, вкусная цена с адекватными ценами. Очень вкусные завтраки. Плюс нас заселили раньше времени. Все впечатление испортил персонал ресепшена. Не работал кондиционер в номере, просили починить раз 5. Без толку. Бежала вода с раковины, тоже никто не починил. И в конце мы попросили завтрак с собой, так как уезжали в 5 утра. Но нам сказали, что ничего не соберут.

The breakfasts are very tasty and varied: cheese and cold cuts, sandwiches with caviar, pancakes without filling, with cottage cheese and meat, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, several types of pies and buns, baked pumpkin and vegetables, milk porridge, nuts and dried fruits, an abundance of fruits-tangerines, pomegranate, persimmon, apples, pears, watermelon, melon, grapes. I have not listed everything. Custard tea and coffee from the coffee machine. There are a lot of desserts and sweets for tea. The hotel has its own restaurant, a very decent level! You can have lunch and dinner.
Drinking water in the room, if necessary, was taken additionally at the reception. The room has an iron, ironing board, safe, kettle, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and a gym. The room was cleaned daily. The only problem was the lack of a hair conditioner, I forgot my own at home (The staff solved all the issues at once. The hotel is well located-all historical sites and the bazaar were within walking distance. In good weather, we walked with pleasure! The trip left a pleasant impression. Новая шикарная гостиница, с прекрасным интерьером,номера великолепные,но не везде работал интернет. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Питание(завтраки) -шведский стол, но при большом наплыве народа еда быстро заканчивалась, не успевали пополнять тарелки. По расположению-достопримечательности разбросаны по разным частям города,что-то было близко,что-то далеко. Передвигались на такси очень недорого, поэтому неудобств не ощутили.

Nice hotel, 20 minutes walk to Registan. Cozy clean rooms. The breakfasts are generally good, there are 2 types of porridge, scrambled eggs, many different pies, pancakes. A cozy courtyard with a swimming pool, we did not swim, as it was cool. The only disadvantage of the hotel is very good audibility from neighboring rooms.

Превосходная гостиница. Очень чисто. Убирались просто бесконечно. Стоило только нам покинуть номер. Но при этом совершенно не навязчиво. Персонал гостиприимный, русскоязычный. В номере были все гигиенические средства. Также постоянно добавлялись. Халаты и полотенца белоснежные. Сейф. Удивило наличие чайника, утюга и гладильной доски, а также - сейфа. И в номере и в коридоре работают кондиционеры. Телевизор с возможностью выхода в ютьюб. Чай, кофе, сахар и вода также постоянно пополнялись. Интерьер по восточному изыскан, но также без навязчивого перебора. Великолепный бассейн. А самый главный плюс - просто роскошные завтраки. Разнообразие блюд, фруктов, напитков, сладостей превосходное.
Расположение отеля также оптимальное. Из аэропорта моментом долетели на такси, и до центра города пешком 10 минут.

Гостиница просто шикарная! Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Очень красивые номера. Удобные кровати, мебель, телевизор. Бассейн с подсветкой смотрится волшебно, но он без подогрева. Завтраки домашние! С удовольствием посетила бы этот отель. Всем рекомендую!

Путешествовали с коллегами. Место расположение отличное, номера чистые хорошие, уборка на отлично. На ресепшен очень приветливые ребята, всегда во всем помогут! Но завтраки это что-то… выбор не велик и не вкусно. На второй день на завтрак так и не пошли, ибо в первый остались голодные.

Обслуживание на 5+, завтрак разнообразный, голодным точно не останетесь, номера чистые, комфортные, шумоизоляция хорошая, бассейн есть, довольно большой, рядом есть приличные рестораны и кафе, в шаговой доступности.

Проехав по всему Узбекистану, хочу отметить эту гостиницу.
Великолепный персонал, помогают во всех вопросах. Клиентоориентированность на высоте! Размеры номера соответсвует цене. Номера разные , по качеству ремонта немного отличаются.
Только в этой гостинице - отличные завтраки, тут можно попробовать регионально - национальные блюда в хорошем исполнении. Бассейн холодный, рядом можно загорать.
