My generation is used to the kindergarten being a cheerful building both inside and out, with a large number of green spaces and playgrounds. And here the building is gray, dreary. I don't think the kids are rushing there

A terrible kindergarten (we went 5-6 years ago), but it turns out there are worse kindergartens (sanbobek). The teachers often changed, there is no recalculation, there are many children in the group, everyone is sick in turn. Now everything is possible in a different way.
