The hotel is very atmospheric, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working. There are problems with plumbing - the hoses of the shower and hygienic shower are leaking.
The staff is friendly, everyone speaks French, English, and few people speak Russian.
The pool is clean, there is a children's area.
The buffet is good, the food is delicious
A three-star hotel. The pros are quite polite staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee. Not a bad restaurant, there is plenty to choose from. Lamb stew is amazing) very tender. Delicious desserts. A clean swimming pool. They clean it every day. The room is quite modern. There is a safe and a refrigerator. Free tickets to the water park. The air conditioner in the room worked well (but that's just me), I don't know from others. Cons - the beach is dirty. It's just not cleaned of algae. There are very biting midges in these algae. The employee, instead of driving and cleaning the beach in the early morning, rakes everything in the evening. And in the afternoon, he just drives on the sandy sand behind the sun loungers and does not strain, it's hot. The bar is mediocre, the alcohol is local and not of the best quality, there are no natural juices, only yuppies. Water park - 4 slides!!! If your child is over 5 years old, there is nothing to do there. Mine is 13 years old, it lasted 15 minutes)). There are cockroaches (small) in the snack bar by the pool. Besides the flies that crawl on the uncovered food. People who got a room with a sea view complained that they had local cockroaches in their room, and they, it must be understood, are 5 cm long plus the same amount of mustache)). They climbed out of the ventilation. One fell on my daughter, she's hysterical. They were relocated. Our room had terrible plumbing, a broken faucet, and quite a few outlets. I personally didn't have enough lighting either. The balcony did not close (the handle did not work). There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room (in the top five, Karl!!!, yes, we were in the top four in Kazan, and they gave it there). When I asked why the beach was not cleaned, the hotel manager replied - well, it's nature, it's natural! Awesome. They (the locals) are just terribly lazy. And these smelly terribly thin horses on the street ((((Even from the balcony sometimes the smell of manure in the heat. Keep in mind, if they offer a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, it will stink of manure. It's definitely not worth your money, comparing with Turkey, I understand that if I hadn't been afraid to buy a ticket there in April, the rest would have been better. The poverty of the locals is simply wild. It's so dirty in Hammamet, it's like I'm back in the 90s. Brrr. No, I'm comparing Side with Hammamet to Tunisia no more.
We stayed at the hotel three times. Good location in the center of Yasmin Hammamet resort. Nice rooms, the beach is across the street. The hotel does not have a territory as such, only on the back side, where there is a swimming pool area. The food is good, a very good thalasso center, good alcohol and incredibly delicious and beautiful cocktails! But they certainly don't reach five stars!
