The hotel is very atmospheric, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working. There are problems with plumbing - the hoses of the shower and hygienic shower are leaking.
The staff is friendly, everyone speaks French, English, and few people speak Russian.
The pool is clean, there is a children's area.
The buffet is good, the food is delicious
A three-star hotel. The pros are quite polite staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee. Not a bad restaurant, there is plenty to choose from. Lamb stew is amazing) very tender. Delicious desserts. A clean swimming pool. They clean it every day. The room is quite modern. There is a safe and a refrigerator. Free tickets to the water park. The air conditioner in the room worked well (but that's just me), I don't know from others. Cons - the beach is dirty. It's just not cleaned of algae. There are very biting midges in these algae. The employee, instead of driving and cleaning the beach in the early morning, rakes everything in the evening. And in the afternoon, he just drives on the sandy sand behind the sun loungers and does not strain, it's hot. The bar is mediocre, the alcohol is local and not of the best quality, there are no natural juices, only yuppies. Water park - 4 slides!!! If your child is over 5 years old, there is nothing to do there. Mine is 13 years old, it lasted 15 minutes)). There are cockroaches (small) in the snack bar by the pool. Besides the flies that crawl on the uncovered food. People who got a room with a sea view complained that they had local cockroaches in their room, and they, it must be understood, are 5 cm long plus the same amount of mustache)). They climbed out of the ventilation. One fell on my daughter, she's hysterical. They were relocated. Our room had terrible plumbing, a broken faucet, and quite a few outlets. I personally didn't have enough lighting either. The balcony did not close (the handle did not work). There are no bathrobes or slippers in the room (in the top five, Karl!!!, yes, we were in the top four in Kazan, and they gave it there). When I asked why the beach was not cleaned, the hotel manager replied - well, it's nature, it's natural! Awesome. They (the locals) are just terribly lazy. And these smelly terribly thin horses on the street ((((Even from the balcony sometimes the smell of manure in the heat. Keep in mind, if they offer a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, it will stink of manure. It's definitely not worth your money, comparing with Turkey, I understand that if I hadn't been afraid to buy a ticket there in April, the rest would have been better. The poverty of the locals is simply wild. It's so dirty in Hammamet, it's like I'm back in the 90s. Brrr. No, I'm comparing Side with Hammamet to Tunisia no more.
We stayed at the hotel three times. Good location in the center of Yasmin Hammamet resort. Nice rooms, the beach is across the street. The hotel does not have a territory as such, only on the back side, where there is a swimming pool area. The food is good, a very good thalasso center, good alcohol and incredibly delicious and beautiful cocktails! But they certainly don't reach five stars!
We were in August, a bunch of algae on the beach, besides them an incredible amount of garbage in the sea: plastic bags, bottles, etc.
It's hot, but it's Tunisia. The city is half empty after covid.
A massage at the hotel is a full body for a week of thousands of dollars, for me, it's too much, especially considering that this is Tunisia.the food in the restaurant is excellent, shrimp, langoustines, mussels, pasta with parmesan, the cook is gorgeous.
The bar is up to 12, which is kind of like that, plus the control of alcohol, which is also how bae hints. The rooms are comfortable, the pool and the grounds are small. The main motto was in the pool.
They give free tickets to the water park and amusement park. In the heat of 40+, the rides are such a pleasure, especially since you can't pay with a card inside, you have to withdraw cash, they don't let you in with their water, a la Tunisian business.
There are a billion people in the aqua park, three and a half slides and a lot of chlorine, lockers for things are paid.
In general, the rating is average, the hotel does not pull 5 * definitely.

A great hotel! The attitude towards Russians is amazing. The animation is super! The animators did well, they worked at 100%. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The waiters are responsive and efficient. I really hope to return to both the hotel and Tunisia. I liked everything. The only minus is the SEA. No luck. But this is nature. But the pool is beyond praise.
We rested with my sister in June 2021, at the reception they immediately offered a room with a sea view without any hints of tips, cleaned, as everywhere, without excitement, the waiters did well, tried, the animators took both, there were practically no entertainment events, but good quality alcohol leveled a lot. There was no sea, the storm lifted the untidy algae and waves and dragged them all the time of our stay, but the pool is a fairy tale, one "jasmine bay", as my sister and I called it, what is it worth, a bar from ten, the main thing is the mood, and when you watch the dirty sea from the balcony with a glass in your hands, then and the sea is not so bad, the view is gorgeous. I definitely recommend it for a relaxing, family vacation.
A wonderful hotel! We rested in July 2019 for 7 days. Friendly staff, a cozy lobby with scented lamps, a beautiful restaurant with white tablecloths, dexterous waiters in beautiful uniforms, delicious cuisine. Clean room: daily cleaning, change of linen every three days, change of towels- daily. A wonderful thalasso center: there is a hammam, a variety of spa programs, a Jacuzzi, a vibration massage in the bathroom, an incredibly pleasant massage with hot stones! Clean multi-level warm swimming pool, the sea is 3 minutes away. There are free umbrellas and sun beds on the beach for hotel guests.
I liked everything, we recommend you to visit!

Excellent hotel, friendly and unobtrusive staff. The guests are mostly Russians, Poles, a few Germans and French. The rooms are cozy and clean. The room has a safe, wi-fi and three Russian channels on the TV. The centralized air conditioner makes a little noise. Great cuisine and a bar, the only problem is to figure out what you need yourself. Drinks at the bar are free until zero o'clock.
There are two pools - outdoor freshwater and indoor with sea water. But it is closed for free only from 12.00 to 15.00. Another small inconvenience is to go to the beach across the road, although with not very heavy traffic, but with smelly horses. There are no more problems. The beach has its own security and a bar.
If you need something: a safe, a towel, a bottle of water or bring a glass of wine, you need to ask. But this is not a problem: most of the staff knows not only French, but also German, English and even Russian well. We were at the end of May, the waiters coped with all requests, although they carried wine by half a glass, I do not know what will happen in the "high" season. They do not ask for tips (except for a bald fat man bringing suitcases), but they accept them with gratitude and even dignity. By the way, a fat man can be useful when leaving - he wraps suitcases with film for 5 dinars cheaper than at the airport. The animation is playful, although somewhat monotonous. The hotel is located in a separate town of Yasmin Hammamet, where there are almost no locals. It's safe, although it's a bit boring. For exotics, you will have to go to old Hammamet, by taxi 7-8 dinars (about 200 rubles). We also need to keep track of the time - we got to the first two weeks of Ramadan and the neighboring entertainments: Kartazhland and the water park were closed. The free admission tickets issued as a bonus at the hotel have burned down. There are guided tours from the hotel, although you may not be lucky with a guide (for example, language problems and a complete reluctance to talk about anything). I advise you to visit the laser show.
We rested in Medina Solaria from August 27th to September 7th this year, the solid four hotel. We had a room with a sea view: spacious, clean, the refrigerator crackled, but did not cool, the air conditioner blows through the head)), you need to turn down the power at night, the mattress is made of stone, you can kill with a pillow, there is no bedspread. Without tips, the bathtub and sink will not be cleaned, only they will bring visible order. On nutrition. At first glance, there are a lot of dishes, but on the third day you realize that everything is the same. Meat eaters will like it more, my husband has been eating meat and potatoes for 11 days. Pasta (pasta) is terribly digested, the fish is delicious, the pizza is also nothing! Vegetables and fruits are dry and harsh, gourmets will not appreciate local cucumbers and tomatoes for sure! Now about the service. Tunisia is a country of tips; If the waiters leave 2 dollars (58 rubles) for tea, then they run around-they try to be nimble and smile gently)) All drinks are distributed through the bar, and waiters serve drinks in the restaurant! Personally, I have not seen anyone leave tea, but we always did (as is customary in Moscow Time), the service staff responded with cordiality, especially since the accepted tips are not that much money. And in general, there is not much money to spend in Tunisia, only on excursions, oil and souvenirs. Beach. Algae lay in mountains for a week on the beach of our hotel, everyone went swimming on the territory of neighboring hotels, the sand was dirty with branches, thorns, algae and other dirt. You need to ask for sun beds, a towel secured by 10 dollars at the hotel reception, the bar is open from 10 a.m., where our tourists pack up beer in the morning) Flies are a separate topic, they are everywhere, apparently due to the general littering of the country: the peculiarities of the local mentality, I go wherever I want! The service is generally friendly, the Animators by the pool are trying their best. There are two outdoor pools on the territory of the hotel, there is another one on the ground floor of the hotel with sea water (warm), admission is free from 12 to 15, I highly recommend it! We didn't go to the thalasso spa! In percentage terms, about 40% of Russians, 40% of Algerians (the closest state from Tunisia) and 20% of other foreigners rest. You can go all cheap angrily, but going back there again is questionable) P.S. knowledge of French, at least a few words, is desirable!
A wonderful hotel. Good service and food, the staff always greets you with smiles and wishes you a good day. Unobtrusive and good animation. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. I went for 11 days and never regretted it. Recommend
The hotel is weak and tired.
Something must be broken or torn off. Or dirty dirt in the country is generally normal The hotel claims 5 stars
But this is not the case .any option is paid.there are no slippers in the room, there is no hair conditioner, although they shout at all corners that the country has the best hair cosmetics.the safe is paid and there is no bar in the room.the linen is not a high-quality blanket, everything is in pellets after sunburn, the skin is not very pleasant.Meals for 3 in the morning from meat only sausages ...fruits are monotonous, They say figs in Tunisia are the most delicious they have never seen. The local drinks are bad, all the medicine stinks, the wine is still tolerable.the pastries are delicious, ordinary people try to help, and if they are so homey a little higher than the hillock, Nadil's SPA is sitting like the boss herself does not seem to know how to manage the staff and squeezes money from tourists. The hotel's website states that one visit to the hammam is free of charge! There is no water in the hammam, the marble benches are not heated, there is no table.if you come to a free session in the locker room, they will not let you into the pool, too, the shower in the hammam is broken. Then we will let Dash 30 dinars into the pool. That's how the family responds. The sea is nice and clean, but walking across the street and through the streets of the city. This is the first line. The hotel has almost no territory, just near the pool, plants are too lazy to water, everything dries dirt and dust. The rest of this building has tiles everywhere and a couple of pots with flowers.of course, you can close your eyes to everything, but we will not come here to rest anymore and we do not advise others.
